Love this store! They went above and beyond to process my online for pickup order when I forgot it was a Sunday with only 45 minutes until closing. I called and spoke to an associate named Rob and he had it ready in 5 minutes! My kitty Louie and I thank you! I'll always shop here.
The staff was fantastic! We had a great time finding everything for our kitten and the staff went above and beyond helping us. I will recommend this PetSmart to anyone and everyone.
Pretty good store for pets. Very clean and large selection. But prices can be high vs petco.
Simply put don't shop here after 4. Bad service and the manager kept a conversation going instead of helping a customer waiting for assistance. Never coming back here again and would rather take the trip to Plaistow next time
Expensive but worth it, usually finding deals on pet toys for my dog. People are usually very nice and helpful too.
The entire staff was welcoming and the smiles seemed genuine. Recommendations for replacement cat food was excellent. Very pleasant experience every time I shop here. This level of customer service is very rare these days.
The cashiers are rude and unfriendly. There was one lady in particular who was just straight up nasty to me… she over charged me for an item so I had to show her the price that was on the shelf. She had an attitude with me the entire time but I eventually got a refund and I bought it for the actual price. Also, the man who works in the aquarium department gave me false information about my betta fish. Hire some people with decent customer service and maybe some people who know what they’re talking about!
They have many wonderful items there but I was looking for flea remedies for my cat and the selection was limited. Many options appeared to be out of stock
Typical chain store mentality. For instance, they sell training collars for dogs but will not stock and sell separate extra links.The goal is to make you buy a whole new length of training collar for full price, rather than supply the more practical and cheaper individual links for your puppies growing neck girth. An infuriating tactic. I left and went 2 miles up the road to Hampton Falls Agway. There I found not only packages of links at a reasonable cost, but also the exact smoked dog bones for almost half what I paid at Petsmart. Also there's something to be said for having to provide your phone number to buy a dumb squeaky toy.
