The hours of operation are horrible , in never get a chance to go there because I don't get off work till 5 o'clock ,when every other bank closes
Extremely slow service. Tellers have absolutely no sense of urgency and move at a snail’s pace instead of speeding things up when they see people waiting. Be prepared to wait an eternity. Also you need two forms of ID to cash a check drawn on their bank.
Seacoast Bank is your community bank that not only cares about their clients, but the community. Zoe Kornaker is MY banker and she is the best! Caring, knowledgeable, and helpful. You don't get this kind of treatment from a big bank atmosphere. Zoe can handle and help with anything from a savings or checking account to a home equity line of credit with attractive terms. They support locally and so should we! Let Seacoast take care of your banking needs. You will be happy you did!
I’ve never had a bad experience at any SeacoastBank! I used to go to the one in Maitland and was so upset when it closed. I was relieved when I went to the Winter Park location because they are just as friendly and helpful.
Very unpleasant interaction with a teller named Jessica. Extremely impolite woman. The rest of the staff seemed to be professional so I will be returning, however I will be requesting a different teller.
I have been very happy with the set up of this bank. Lots of features and customizable. Very quick waits when customer service is needed. Thanks.
I absolutely love Seacoast Bank! When I walk in they know me, and have always been tremendously helpful with both my Business and Personal accounts. They are also a Florida Bank ~ and I love banking and doing business locally. Try them!
Great customer service by the spanish speaking representatives
The service that you receive from staff, specially Roger Holt, is exceptional. Roger went above and beyond to help with my questions. I would give them 6 stars if I could.
One of the worst bank ever, they are worse then fifth third bank...smh. These bank tellers take fake money from customers, then pass the money along to another customer after they realized they screwed up. I’ll never forget that teller face who gave me that counterfeit money....she knew what she did from the way she looked at me. I didn’t realize it until I went to Bank of America to deposit money in my moms account. The only reason I’m still there cause my mother receive her social security benefit there. But, once she leave back to West Palm I’m soooo closing out that account. I called several times and all they could say well “How we know you didn’t trade out the money” do I look stupid enough to trade out a counterfeit money and go back in the bank several times when I know that’s legal...smh. Although I called the secret service department on Orange Ave, they told me to file it on my taxes. They know damn well I am not going to get that money back, because you have to at least have loss enough within the threshold to receive from taxes. The entire company in one suck because you have to go through so much just to change your password, and can’t even call the number on the bank to check your balance. This bank is so inconvenient and make life much harder. That’s a never ever for me will I ever deposit money into that “still living in the 50s bank”.
