The best customer service ever. They always put a smile on my face. And try their best to help you with anything. I truly thank God for the angels of this bank.
Went to seacoast to cash a check that was under $100. The door was locked and after waiting for a while for someone to even recognize my presence, they refused to cash the check from their own bank. They told me cost $7 but also I would need two forms of ID and that one couldn’t be a debit card. Just say you don’t want to cash your checks. But why would anyone else wanna accept a check from your bank if you don’t wanna accept your own checks. The woman working there was so rude. The only reason I came to this bank is because my school uses them for financial aid checks but I also just recently started at the school part time.
Worst service ever, will change Bank asap, even my employer has an account with SeacoastBank and I been a customer for several years still they put a hold on my deposit for days
I have been a Bankfirst/Seacoast business customer for almost 10 years. Last week, I stopped at the Oviedo branch to get a document notarized, giving me power of attorney for a residential construction project. They refused to do it because they were not notarizing my signature account holder but the signature of someone who was giving me the power of attorney. And then, to make matters worse, when I asked for the manager, who knew that this issue was brewing, he refused to speak with me and jumped on a conference call to avoid dealing with it. I could understand their reluctance to help me if I was asking for some sort of money or loan transaction, but all I wanted was to have a simple document notarized. Bankfirst used to pride themselves on their 5-star customer service, however, through the transition to Seacoast, this focus has been lost. I know the staff at the Winter Garden branch would have never treated me or another customer this way. I'm very disappointed and have shared my dismal experience with as many people as I can.
I have seven different bank accounts spread over three bank entities. BankFIRST is the least friendly to protect my interests and the most trouble in putting fees onto my account every month. Return mail fee. Really? This is the most costly bank account I have, both in fees and time to manage it. It is time to close.
I have been banking here through the transition. The service for me has been excellent. Everyone is very amiable to me at all times. I do NOT over ask or prey upon this bank's kind nature; therefore, I do not run into the issues that are blabbered below,.
Very friendly and modern bank, however there are not enough branches in the Central Florida area. They also need more tellers; went in to cash a check & waited 20 min for the teller to finish with one customer!
