We went today Tues at approx 1230pm and it wasn't busy at all. $8 each they didn't ask if I was a resident so I'm not sure what price I gotI do wish there were more changing rooms. There's these tiny showers and only one stall to change in. The waterfall and splash pad was nice. Theres no park only an area that looks like it used to have water tables but is abandoned. They sell food but I didn't buy anything.
Seafaring Springs is a great neighborhood pool. The admission price is not overly priced. The pool temperature is warm. The water slides are fun. I wish the diving board had a little more bounce. The concession stand is top tier. The guards are well trained. The place is clean and it's rarely crowded. I like this pool. I will be back.
Looks like a nice place. Clean, and bright, with lots of interesting slides and such around the zero depth part of the pool. I was there for a swim meet, so that's what I can speak to. The team is friendly and seems pretty well organized. Encouraging to the swimmers, and mostly on top of their event. I'm pretty biased, but I think swimming is one of the best sports you could possibly get your kids involved in, so I say, if you live close, give them a call and try out the team!
Very clean. Regular safety breaks in the pool areas, great music. We visited with my MIL, SIL and my son and daughter crawler and toddler. There was plenty of activities to keep both busy, and tons of shade for when we weren’t in the water.
This place was amazing!! I love that they have something for all ages, including adults. The lifeguards are phenomenal, if a kid looked like they were having trouble the guards came running. That part made me feel safe having my children there. I'll definitely be revisiting the water park.
I wanna love this pool! I really do. My husband and I and our three children live 2 minutes away and we want to support local pools and recreation activities. We got four season passes excited to spend as many days as possible there. 1. They have so many rules... no toys, no balls, no diving googles no food unless in designated area. No splashing others for fun..every hour there is a 15min safety break where all the kids have to leave the pool.It takes the fun away. The slides are closed a lot. 2. Lifeguards are trained.. yet everyone is blowing the whistle depending on the scenario. So they are never on the same page. 3. The worst part is that they have been closed a lot. When other park district pools were open. Sometimes it's the weather, sometimes not enough lifeguards, or the manager got Covid etc. Its sad when it's a 90degree day and you can't go to your local pool. They should have back up plans. Pretty sure our season pass money will go to a different pool next year.
Had a great time but my younger daughter who is 7, couldn't get on anything other than the diving board and baby slide. Don't go for the slides unless you are at least 50". My oldest daughter who is 51", measured by her pediatrician, barely measured 48" on the tapes there. She was actually kicked off one slide by a life guard but was able to get on others. Makes no sense. The measuring is not true to size but if you are well over 50", it was fun! If it's a close call, don't go. It's disappointing for the kids.
This place is so cool...literally. It's great for kids and adults if you're looking for cheap fun. There's something for everyone from large water slides to little ones for the kiddies. I'm definitely going back soon.
We gave it 5 stars because overall it was a good water park for the price! The only thing that was a little nerve-racking was there was only one lifeguard trying to coordinate the 3 slides at the top and I think they need at least 2 to help push, safety, etc. One of the slides wasnt pushing out enough water and lifeguard didnt notice and I went down it and had to use my arms to push myself down it but I told him right away and he shut it down. They also fixed it and it worked nicely after. I did noticed at least 10 lifegaurds scanning the pool at all times. They seemed to be very responsible! The only other thing I would suggest is cleaning up the area around the confession area--lots of weeds, etc. But still 5 stars cuz my son has been saying #bestdayever since going a few days ago. Good variety of slides, splash pad fun, diving board, space available, definitely suggest you try it out!
The cleanest water park around. Excellent for childrens, my kids 4 and 5 had a blast!
