I have been here twice and not only has the good been good both times but the customer service.......smh their customer service is SPECTACULAR. Everyone smiles. Everyone speaks. Ppl walk around and ask do you need anything. Every question asked has an answer. Never had an issue so cant say every issue resolved but what I have seen so far from the staff of this establishment is they definitely will do their best to accommodate any issue that could arise. Personally I didnt care for the fried shrimp but that's my problem bc I dont like real crispy fried foods but the flavor was definitely on point n them hushpuppies I need them with my steam plate next time. To the management and staff of Seafood Connection........thank u for the outstanding visit. Keep the great job n I will definitely be passing on the word

I wasn't to pleased with my crab legs. After paying $30 for a meal I expect to leave full and satisfied but I was still hungry after I left. Their garlic butter sauce was delicious. I didn't like eating my crab legs with plastic gloves, I'd rather have the utensils to crack them open. So eventually i took off the gloves. I would go back to try their other food. Just not for the crab legs.

The food is amazing, well seasoned. Large portions. The staff is very nice and they make sure you have what you need. The garlic butter sauce is so good! Jay was a great waiter! Hey Jay! Will be back soon.

Great customer service! The staff was cool under pressure- they are still working out certain "hiccups", but quickly resolved our large party order issues! We will be back- the food was fresh and very tasty! Expect to wait this is not "fast food" and a little pricey, but the reward was great!

Not overcooked & very crunchy - shrimp heaven! The flounder is excellent as well. Serving sizes are big, so come hungry and come ready to spend some time enjoying your meal. Excellent!!! I can't wait to try the crab rice.

I paid $17 for good french fries! The waitstaff was friendly and helpful. They give you weak plastic forks that you can't even use. The hush puppies probably came from Sam's. The fried flounder was very good. The fried shrimp were large, but way,way too salty. Could not eat them. The oysters we're terrible. I think they opened a can of smoked oysters and then ftied them in salty batter. I really wanted this place to be good, but it is not. Unless they change, they will not last long.

The restaurant floor was very sticky, everywhere you walked you stuck. The tables were uneven and wobbly. The food was flavorless. The fries old and cold. The price very high in fact pushing extreme for what it was. The customer service of the associates was the only enjoyable and palitable part of the experience . This fast food joint is clearly a no go. Will not return.

I think people are going to write negative comments so the other seafood businesses can boom. Listen there is room for everybody to win. The food was good and I hope on my second time back it will be the same. Some people use season butter sauce while theirs is actual seasoning on it which I enjoyed. They ask when you order do you want the garlic sauce. Also it was served in a tray placed in a tin can. I'm slow I didn't know that under the tray was a plastic bib plastic gloves utensils and wet naps and the tin can is for the shells. I'm proud of them and wish them the best of luck. As well as all the other restaurants that are opening and food trucks as well.

My sister turned 15 and wanted seafood. I had been hearing a lot of biz about this place so I suggested to my family. We were not disappointed. EVERYTHING tasted sooooo good!!! The fried shrimp is awesome. The butter sauce, the potatoes...everything was amazing. The service is also great the young lady’s were very nice and often came to our table to bring things and check to see if we were ok. We frequently have crab books at home but I would def for go those to visit this restive again!! Great food and atmosphere and a friendly staff!!!!

Let me start off by saying the place look great inside, plus the staff seem friendly, but regardless of that, if you lack in other areas....it stands out. The young lady at the register was very polite and helpful which was great...only problem the wait time on the food! I waited a good 30 minutes for a fried shrimp plate...One lady even ask my name again because she saw me standing there for a minute...but after retrieving my food and smelling the goodness all the way home...I open my box to a major disappointment...no fries...long wait for 10 shrimp hushpuppies and no fries...now im all for paying a fair price but for a long wait...please get the order correct....now I see you have some young ladies checking the box before giving it to the customer...hard to miss no fries...Overall your food is great, but with bad service...it will take a toll on your restaurant...I'll give another try, but my first experience wasn't a good one!
