Sean’s office has done a fantastic job!  I know and have met with several State Farm Agents in the area, and I keep all of my policies at Sean’s office because of the great job they do. I have been with State Farm for nearly 40 years!  When I moved to Greenville, SC, I worked directly with Catherine Smith as my key point of contact for insurance related questions, etc, and have always been thoroughly impressed with her professionalism plus a wonderful personality.  Recently, my son had a car wreck and Catherine walked me through the claim process with ease. She reached out to the Claims representative personally to insure that everything went smooth.  She also sent me a follow-up email to check on my son to see how he was doing following the accident. She is a tribute to the State Farm Organization and I wanted to express my gratitude for the fine work that she does every day.

Sean and his team have been unbelievable serving my family.  Aaron Brooks has been our direct contact and I would recommend him for your coverage needs.  Everyone at their office has gone above and beyond during all hours of the day.  Highly recommended.

My experience with this office was outstanding. The customer service blew my expectations out of the water. I worked with Thomas Murray and he answered every call and was extremely helpful and professional. Every need was met and proactive measures were taken to ensure no time was ever wasted and I was provided with everything I required. He provided excellent prices as well, I would recommend this office but especially Tom Murray to anybody who needs insurance.

Sean Feliciano is a great asset to State Farm. He and his staff are approachable, knowledgeable and attentive to any and all insurance matters. Both Aaron and Tom have provided insight into my personal goals and insurance concerns. You can feel a sense of teamwork in the office the moment you enter.
