Stopped in just to poke around, ended up working with Hue the sales associate. Before I knew it I ended up buying a sectional and bedroom set. I absolutely love that there wasn’t any high pressure sales. The process was just delightful! In fact I went back a couple days later and bought a dining set as well. I had a very wonderful experience and highly recommend working with Hue.
Sales staff was very friendly and courteous. We were able to get the model of refridgerator we wanted and have it delivered within the week. Delivery was quick and went very smooth. Great to support a local business where we could vs. a big box store. We will shop here again!
Great service! I have visited this location several times and have always had a positive experience. Our sales representative Lori was very helpful, and made the process of selecting a large living room item stress free. Very happy with the selection and look forward to shopping here again.
Gigi was amazing to work with, gave me exactly what I asked for, wasn’t pushy on anything extra, made recommendations but let me decide. Repeat customer and will definitely be back to work with Gigi again. She was amazing
Probably one of the better experiences I have had making a large purchase. Salesman was very friendly and was not high pressure, big plus!. I went in there with my 3 and 5 year olds and the salesman couldn’t have been nicer and more patient. In and out with a new fridge in about 20 minutes!
I hate shopping for big ticket items, especially furniture. Furniture can be tough because you have to choose between unknown brands with a generally poorly documented track record of quality and durability. There is a lot of furniture out there that is merely lipstick on a pig. What makes the difference is the sales person to help guide you, inform you, and assist you in finding the furniture that best suites what you are looking for. I found that with Judy. Judy was awesome. She helped me find a new living room set that met my needs. She was genuine and gave me real answers instead of answers that merely led to a quicker or more lucrative sale. She helped me distinguish between quality pieces and 'lesser quality' pieces which I greatly appreciated. If you come here, ask for Judy. She made the experience the best possible. I still hate furniture shopping, but if I have to do it, I'll make sure I go when Judy is there.
Service was good. Salesperson was professional, helpful and knowledgeable. Did not like finding out that the sale ended that day not giving us time to think over such a large purchase. Even though we bought everything, we will likely not be back for new purchases because of the bad taste this left.
Oliver Harris is a phenomenal sales adviser. Very patient and knowledgeable of stores product. I have a few more items to purchase this year and most definitely will seek out this young man! If you don’t give him a raise, then hand him a bonus

The salesperson was perfect! Not pushy but always there if I needed advice or assistance. I walked in knowing exactly what I wanted and found it! And the price was fantastic! The selection is great!
