Me and my husband came in for a refrigerator, 10 minutes before closing and they still provide good customer service. We walked out with more then just a refrigerator but they beat the price compare to other places and you get it the same day!!! They also deliver so you don’t have to rent a truck. We will come back again. Thank you Randy and your team for everything and once again sorry for coming in late. Amazing furniture.
Jason was simply amazing, hands down some of the best service I have received in a long time. He didn't rush us or be extra pushy even though it took us a little time to decide. After it was all said and done we bought our fridge with a 5 year warranty, Delivery and installation. I can't wait to tell my friends and family about this amazing place. I will definitely be back for my next household purchases.
Jason was the epitome of great customer service. Prior to coming to the store I called and spoke to Jason to inquire about the condition of a cooktop. Not only did Jason check the condition he set additional photos so we could feel assured before making a long trip into the store. The next day we let Jason know we’re we’re on our way. When we arrived we were met with the same enthusiastic customer service. The cooktop was waiting for us and Jason did a great job explaining the extended warranty benefits, which we eagerly purchase. All in all one of the best customer experiences we have had in a long time. Thanks Jason, great job.
Service was excellent with Jason and Randy!!! Both guys treated my wife and I extremely well!!!! Their customer service and attentiveness to our purchasing was wonderful!! Randy and Jason were super helpful and knowledgeable. We were shopping for a couple of appliances. The fact that they are not pushy salesmen and legit want to take care of their customers is comforting. We will definitely be back for furniture next!
My mom bought a bed set, living room set with our new washer and dryer great deals! Randy actually had his delivery team to delivered the same day!! The delivery team and his sales associates are awesome!! They make you feel like family!! Thanks again definitely will be back!
Just moved to Texas I thought we would go to American freight we met Jason there and he assisted us finding everything we needed for our new house at a great cost, He fixed as a delivery date for the next day and talk to us all through the warranties. Overall exceptional service, Thanks Jason!
Anjelica was the representative that help me select all my appliances. She did a terrific job, was informative, kind, and respectful to my needs. As far as sales people go she’s top-notch.
Nope customer service is very bad here! I wanted to buy and view the item based on online ad however when I got to the store place look like trash demo model are position in a way you cannot even seat. Finally the guy working there felt annoyed while I was asking for a quote. I simply walked out and tried my luck next door at conns homeplus. Fyi: filter your review go for 3 stars and bellow the rest can be purchased just to make store look good.
BAIT & SWITCH - BEWARE! Purchased higher end GE front load w/d. At time of delivery, no blankets protecting new machines. My old machines weren't taken out to the truck before new machines brought in. Titanic deja vu: glass door scraped against body of my old machine causing a 1/8" gash. Installers "couldn't see it". When connecting the dryer exhaust coil, all they did was connect it to the machine itself, "weren't allowed to" take it through the opening of the home to the outside. I had to do that myself. Technicians had "lost their tools"; "did I happen to have wrench, vice grips, channel locks, or others". I lent my tools to them. They now have a new home somewhere at American Freight. When I signed off on delivery, I indicated that I did not waive their responsibility; that I was reluctantly taking the merch. $125 worth of accessories I ended up having new at my home. Techs marked their items being returned; said I'd get credit. Days later I still didn't have a credit; called Spring Store Manager, Randy. "How did I know that the installers put gash on the machine? How was he to know that I wasn't trying to pull the wool over his eyes? Why didn't I call in at the time it happened? Did I actually see the accident? I had to be lying about my missing tools b/c there was no way that his techs would have taken them." In other words, I was lying. Why would I??? Next day I went to the store to speak to Randy in person. He wasn't there. Jason, another manager, worked with me to determine what might have happened. Interestingly, the 5 deeply-discounted dryers from which I had selected 3 days earlier were no longer on the floor. Odd that in 3 days' time, all 5 dryers would have been sold. The only way i could get a matching dryer was if I did an "up-charge" for the same unit but at a higher price. By about $200. Reluctantly I did so b/c we were desperate for a new set and I didn't want to have a washer without the dryer. Still, things felt a little off. I took a red Sharpie and made 2 tiny dots on the underside of a hose at the back of the dryer to ensure delivery was the same as what I'd purchased. Well guess what. No red dots, and a front door that was so scratched and marred it was obvious this was not the machine I purchased. It went back onto the truck immediately. Called the store. Got Randy again. "I was an impossible customer; how dare I accuse them of bait and switch?; on and on." Was I going to get the refund? No. OK, to avoid more problems, I asked to just cut our losses, return the washer, get refund for the set, credit for returned accessories, cut our losses amicably. "No, I couldn't return the washer, b/c he KNEW that I had used the machine more than once and it was now USED, and they didn't take back used equipment. I could try to sell it." Explained to Randy that the only time it had been used was when the installers ran it through a quick cycle to ensure there were no leaks. Again, I was accused of lying. How could I possibly go without washing my clothes for over a week? Who uses a washer without a dryer? Randy again implied I was lying when I said my cousin was doing my laundry. All stores will do everything in their power to prevent you from contacting their regional manager. Gee, I wonder why?? Yes, they offer decent merchandise at reasonable scratch-and-dent prices. Go in eyes wide open. Don't purchase from the Spring store. Pick up the merchandise yourself. Rent a truck from Home Depot if you have to. Do what you can to protect yourself from a purchase from H-E-_ _. And even then, caveat emptor.
