Purchased a Craftsman tool box for my dad for father's day, when I got it home and unboxed it I found it was dented. Called sears and they told me to bring it back and exchange it. Long story short they didnt have another in the size I wanted in stock, so the owner of the store exchanged it with the floor model. Quite happy with how this was handled.
They have the worst customer service I’ve ever encountered. They’ve lied to me and my wife, don’t return calls or call back when they said they would. My freezer was 3 weeks late and then wouldn’t work when I got it. It took a week to get it looked at and was unrepairable. It will take another week to get my money back hopefully. Avoid at all costs!
Kristy did a wonderful job with helping me purchase a stove.
