I ordered a range two months ago. It was to be delivered. The status has been ready for pick up for 6 weeks. I have called customer service numerous times with no resolution. I asked for a refund and to cancel my order a week ago and still nothing has been done. So they have my money and I still have no range. I even asked if I could pick this up at my local store and I was told no. I hope others have a better experience with Sears than I have. I just want my money back so I can buy a range from somewhere else.
I have been trying to get my weed eater repaired or replaced. The store here has sent me on a run around. They just keep telling me anything to keep me happy. Well 6 months later I am still not happy. Worst I've ever been treated. Received your message. I called this number and was told you are not in. I need to know when to call back. Mr.Henry was awesome, After all I had been Through , It just took talking to a knowledgeable person. Thank you Mr. Henry
I was in the store on 9.12.2017 and on 9.13.2017 and the young man that helped me was nice and polite, You could tell he was trying to do the best he could to get my tools exchanged for the experience that he had . The other guy named Ben was a smart ass that did not care if I got helped or not and was telling me in his uneducated opinion that some of the items was not eligible for return. The lady that was employed there needs to learn about the products that are being sold instead of trying to make up some smoke to blow up my behind, Really, I was surprised when she was explaining how something operated. Ben does need to learn some customer relationship skills are find another place to be Employed!
I would give this a negitive review if would allow it. I was in the store today 5-16-17. I walked in heard a few talking in the back, I continue to look still not greeted. Then I hear a lady employee drop the F bomb stating my ##%# back is killing me. Very unprofessional. I just had to turn around and walk out. I hope they resolve this issue for future shoppers.
Pretty decent deals on good quality tools.Service was responsive and professional. Even when I asked the hard questions the sales guy wouldn't know instead of giving a random bs answer he'd say I'm not sure let me check. Then return with a satisfying answer.
Ordered a dryer from here online .it was supposed to be in stock in store but it wasn't. Then the store shuts down and my dryer can't even be delivered. So now they have 400 dollars of mine and good luck trying to talk to customer service on the phone .they can't understand English. Horrible experience .Sears needs to go ahead and shut down all stores. They are a joke .
This store has only recently re-opened due to damage to the building from a hale storm a few months ago. They are still not set up completely with complete displays. Prices are not very competitive with other stores higher prices here and installation costs are significantly higher than the other stores, not just Lowes or Home Depot, but local Cullman Appliance stores.
My husband bought a weed eater from the Cullman store. He used it one time and now the piece of junk will not even run .We have called the store alot and keep getting the run around about it and they won't make it right.
Awesome place , got great discounts on everything , just use the app to make purchase to see if you get big discount, points also make more discounts .
