I took my Mother to this Sears location just a few minutes ago to purchase her a new washing machine. There was a man named Rick who was ultra friendly and informative but not pushy or "just trying to push a sale". He helped my Mother decide on a good buy just by providing information and answering any questions we had thoroughly. Then he helped us set up a convenient payment plan. Overall I'd say I'm extremely satisfied with Sears and the service they provide. If even half of their employees are like Rick they are sure to get a lot business.
Very friendly and helpful. Really like shopping this store for my appliances. They answer questions where the competition that starts with L...., that you get some employee that really don't work that area and can't answer your questions. I feel that if Sears repair would be just as good, they wouldn't have gone out of business. The upside to Kenmore brand is other companies make the product therefore parts and repairmen are accessible.
Gonna miss Sears. Always good products and service.
I live out of town and worked with Greg in the Rockport Sears store by phone. I initially thought I would have to pay more than Lowes/Home Depot, but felt it was worth it since they were local and could handle any installation problems for dishwasher and range. House was just completely refurbed after Harvey, so we weren't sure it would go smooth. Not only did they work with me on pricing lower price, better appliances and 12 months no interest!. Everyone from the sales team to the installers were extremely helpful. Even sent a picture afterwards. Would highly recommend going local!
Such a nice store with great staff in a wonderful community locally owned and operated. You should go check them out and let them help you with all your appliance, lawn care and mattress needs. They have a great delivery and install team that will delivery all over the area including Victoria, Port Aransas and many other towns in the surrounding areas.
This Sears always fills our appliance needs. We drive 100 miles due to their frie day staff.
I wish I had left my poor review on the day this happened to me, but when I was on my way to Rockport, one of your company trucks with 2 drivers tried to cause an accident with my 2 children in the back seat. I even took a photo of them in front of me and their license plate. They were upset because I was not going fast enough for them, even though I was already going 78 in a 75. So they sped up past me and slammed on their breaks when they got in front of me. This is the passing lane. So not only did I almost hit them, but the cars behind me almost hit me. I called your store and you could care less what your driver's were doing. If I were an owner, I would have definitely apologized and told me that you would speak to them. I could have called the police and chose to call you. Big mistake. These guys were clearly drunk or high. They kept smoking something because you could see all the puffs of smoke they were purposely doing. I tried to pull up against them and they kept speeding up even though you said they weren't when I know exactly what my odometer said. They were reckless and could have killed someone. If I see them on the highway again, I will check that license plate and report them again. My husband will no longer be doing business with you. Not after this incident. We were long time customers. Again, if I could post the photo I would. So other unfortunate drivers could be forewarned about road rage maniacs you hire. If this is how they are in a company vehicle, I can only worry even more how they are in their own.
I have bought all my appliances at this store. When we built the house 22yrs ago. I have bought other things there like yard equipment. After herricane Harvey. I purchased all of our new appliances there along with new yard equipment. Great store good owners and great service.
I had to buy a dryer knob. I brought in the serial number to the dryer the man matched it up online I paid for it and it came right to my door. The staff was very helpful and friendly.
Great store, friendly people. Purchased appliances for a new house and was delivered promptly and installed without any problems. Josh was great and Richard too with the assist. Will always be back!
