Awesome sears! Just bought a new riding mower and they gave me a free tank of gas and made sure it ran good before I left the store answered all the questions I had and even helped me load it! Great customer service!
Purchased a Frigidaire dishwasher here. Employees were courteous and friendly during the purchasing process. Waited some time for it to arrive. PSA- This store does not offer install or delivery/service When I was finally able to get the dishwasher installed by a 3rd party professional, the inner door seal appeared to be lifting and the dishwasher is now leaking all over my floor. I returned to the store in hopes of getting some assistance in repairing my product which is still under warranty and they deferred me to Frigidaire’s 800 number and didn’t offer to help with submitting a warranty claim as this appliance is newly installed. I understand this is probably a company policy issue and not so much dependent upon the quality of the employees of the store but I know that if had purchased this appliance at say, Evan’s Implement in Randall, I would have not have to call an 800 number to find that their customer service is closed. What’s the point of purchasing an appliance at a local business to not receive after-sale customer assistance? Could have just as well ordered the appliance online and it would have been delivered right to my doorstep…
We are building a new home and wanted to buy our appliances locally. What a mistake! Ordered in January, and they were delivered to the store end of April. They were just installed recently and our oven has the wrong grates. The ones that came with do not fit the top at all. I called and spoke to Dan. He pretty much told me there was nothing he could do and to “just call the 800 number”. I asked him for further assistance and he was not interested. On a whim, I called the Brainerd Sears. I had the opposite situation. Awesome costumer service and an associate immediately started working on the issue. Little Falls Sears is not worth your time as they obviously do not care about their customers.
We needed a washer since ours broke. We called and they had the one we wanted in stock. Staff was super knowledgeable and helped me learn about my new washer. They were very friendly. Highly recommend Sears Little Falls!
Excellent sales staff! Very helpful! They beat Home Depot’s sale price by $150 on a washer and dryer. My mom could take them immediately rather than wait until September 12th when Home Depot was expecting to be able to fill the order. My mom will be recommending your store to her friends!

I purchased new washer and dryer units both Kenmore. I didn't buy the extended warranty since it was half the cost of dryer. It's only been a few months since the warranty was up. And our wire housing unit just melted due to a bad manufacturing issue. I have been told multiple times sears and Kenmore are not the same company though they are. And the call center employees cannot leave script since the yes get fired. So I get the only response there allowed which is something like this them:"your warranty is up so you'll have to pay a technician to come out and see what the problem is. Me: and if they say it's the manufacturing error from a bad connection and not my fault than what? Them: I don't understand the question me: if they say it's bad do I get another dryer? Them: i don't know, I dont understand the question." I tried changing subject. I asked for someone higher up and they cannot due that. I call Kenmore number and it says there sears. I call the new number after getting no where that was supposed to be kenmore, number they give me and they say it's sears. Yet they keep saying to contact the other company. But there the same company just different names so I am got zero help from anyone. Never would I buy anything from sears again. Ever. Oh and then I forgot. I got a hold of a kenmore/sears call center worker who gives me a number to a small shipping outfit in Iowa who was wondering why I was calling him since he's just a trucking outfit with no ties to them. And we discussed how he keeps asking to have his number not giving out but they ignore his request. Worst company ever
They are good people Dan was awesome Sold me a washer then he talked about dryer.
Went in looking for a table saw that i had seen online they did not have in store but got on the computer right away and they told me they could order it for me and either have it shipped to the store or my home. I also learned they do craftsman tool exchanges right at the store
Worst experience in my life 10/26/2018 So go in there to buy a washer for my mom and see a craftsman’s tool set that I wanted to get for my fiancé was told that I couldn’t put it all together in one transaction which I replied I’m not running my card twice so I just won’t get the tool set it loss of sale of 200.00 it’s 2018 there’s no reason you can’t make one transaction so then was told the washer was going to be in on the 8th of November get a call on the 6 saying it wouldn’t be in til the 15th of November so on the 15th my step dad goes to pick it up in the meantime my fiancé is heading to my moms to help my stepdad carry in the washer which we live 35 miles away from them so my stepdad get told that it wasn’t in it would be in sometime at the end of the month or sometime in December no date was giving so I wanted a refund but couldn’t find the receipt was told they couldn’t look it up with my card that was used so I had to call corporate office which I was told was a lie and they could have cuz corporate gave me my receipt plus filed a complaint on how they treated there customers the guy that owns the store is nice but the women who I am told was his wife is rude and isn’t willing to help in no way she acts like she’s better then u and is not a very kind person so meanwhile someone called my mom said to come in the next day and she would be able to get a cash refund so I drive halfway to meet my mom to give her the receipt and today she goes in and is told they need my card so I tell them I live 35 miles away and I can’t be there til later so the guy says just give me the number and I’ll do it over the phone so I do that he says the card is invalid so I proceed to tell them that’s not true so call corporate once again and had to drive all the way there to get my refund so on top of the stress of not getting my washer my gas and time and many miles were wasted I’m just going to go to Alexandria home town store and I bet I have my washer in two days never will I ever go in there again UPDATE: After I posted this the owner Dan called my mothers work and I was told to come call him so when I called him he tried saying that his wife wasn’t the one in the store funny cuz when I said to him multiple time your wife he never once said that isn’t my wife then when I told him I know or was your wife cuz someone that is from the area told me it was he hung up on me so I called back and he proceeded to tell me I had a drop call funny cuz when he hung up my phone was still timing my call and it didn’t say called failed and wanted me to take down this post good thing it’s all recorded pretty sad
