I ordered hot water heater elements from this store on 10-18-2017. Contacted them on 11-06-2017 and was told they could not find my order. So I cancelled my order and asked for a refund...I also presented my receipt AND order confirmation print out from the store. Contacted the store again on 11-16-2017 and was told my refund was "processing". Went to Sears AGAIN on 11-22-2017 and was told to contact my bank on this issue. REALLY... ARE YOU KIDDING ME!!!?. Over 30 days no parts...no refund. Finally bought my parts elsewhere....Should change the name from Sears Holding Corp. to Sears HOLDUP Corp. .....because I've been robbed!!
No place better for appliances and lawn garden items. They even sell mattress now. Love Craftsman tools, and this store has larger selection then most Sears. They have won customer service awards 5 star ever year since they have been here. Love this store
Went to buy a Craftsman weedeater. Lady there helped us and man went in the back and found what we were looking for. Came home and found same one on sale online at Sears. Got a refund for the price difference.They both were nice and friendly to me and my husband...
Absolutely the worst customer service of any business I have ever dealt with! Spent $7000 on new appliances to open the refrigerator and see a hole gashed on inside wall. Contacted Sears, and was told that I had to bring the thing back to them and pick up a new replacement!!!! Seriously!!! After arguing this, I was told that because I didn't pay for delivery that they were not obligated to deliver a replacement and "that is how it is...we don't deliver to anyone for free". I told him was terrible customer service they had and that I would not be recommending anyone to purchase from them and he told me "that's fine with me"....AND ALL THIS TIME I WAS SPEAKING TO THE OWNER!!!
What an awesome store. Friendly staff and a great! selection of home improvements to choose from. I would recommend everyone to this Sears store.
Spent$2000.00 on stove they insisted that gas conversion kit not needed WRONG Never answer phone calls .or return calls....need to remove the Sears name,worse service ever....
This place needs to close. You buy a lawnmower at this store and need to service it and they have nothing. Ask the staff to order what you need and they are clueless. Very frustrating buy what you need somewhere else.
