Ordered a fridge on Monday and had it delivered to the store on Thursday. Everything was great!!
Friendly staff but limited selection If you need something today. Needs better organization of the products. They can order most anything and they do price match.
My mother came into this store , who is black , to buy an appliance , 3 white salesman where there sitting down on their phones and didn't even speak to her. She had to help herself and find the appliance that she wanted to buy on her own. One guy finally said something to her after she had decided to buy something. The guy that ended up helping her had to step away for a bit so my mother asked one of the other guys a question who refused to answer her and referred her back to her salesman .Again my mother was the only person in the store. This was the worst service ever and I personally would never give them a dime of my money.
Jeremy and Bryan were the Service Delivery Men who delivered my washer and dryer. Even though there were some challenges getting my washer and dryer set up due to limited space, they worked hard and took their time to figure out how to get them set up. They were friendly and professional and deserve a bonus! Linda G.Scott
The staff seem like good guys. But, my frustration is that I purchased a new riding mower costing over $1,400 with the expectation that it was being dropped off at 5pm the next day. 2 hours later and the mower still hadn't arrived. If that is my first experience with a major purchase at Sears then it is not worth my time or money. I gladly wait 3 days for Lowe's to deliver my new mower as long as it is on time. Plus Lowe's offers a military discount.
So I pull up at 5 till close to get a quick look at a refrigerator and the employees immediately turn the lights off. Even had his truck already running on remote start. No wonder Sears is closing stores. When you have employees running for the doors before scheduled closing time I can only imagine how unproductive they must be in the day. I’ll spend my $2500 elsewhere.
Sears sold us a $1500 refrigerator, it broke while still under warranty and they refuse to have it fixed or replaced. After three months we’ve been forced to file a complaint with the attorney general. Sears will absolutely take your money and give you worthless junk.
Drake Helms goes the extra mile to find what you need. Dealing with Drake reminds me of a time when retail stores went out of their way to help customers. Not everything is about price. I'm going with the sales rep who asks about my needs and suggests appliances that benefit me the most.
Keith the "man who runs the place" needs a little customer service training. He told us that he has had to call the sheriff on customers who wouldn't turn in their old broken appliances. This is of course strictly my opinion.
Bought new model refrigerator my wife liked. It was to replace a perfect 5 year old stainless in our kitchen. We planned on giving our daughter. New frig was delivered and installers banged the new frig into the old one , leaving a dentin the door. Obviously , our daughter no longer wants this frig. I called Sears and manager says it's not the stores problem. This has been going on since April and I have not been contacted by anyone at Sears. I have called at least 8 times and keep being told she is waiting for corporate. It's nowAugust. I am not asking for a free frig or expecting any major refund, BUT this is not my fault... I see with this kind of service why SEARS is in the shape they are. This manager promised personal satisfaction when the purchase was made I sure hope that I never have to depend on her for that. Sad I can not get any resolution, She said Owner of store is NOT responsible, Then who is. I purchsed through SEARS... PASS ON THIS STORE.... UPDATE - District Manager contacted me and helped to resolve our problem. Thank you Chris.. I can say my trust in SEARS has been restored......
