Beware! First, this store sells appliances. Big, heavy, appliances but does not offer any delivery nor setup. So, you're on your own. That's strike 1, 2 and 3 for most. Next, my parents bought a 400+ lb fridge and managed to haul it 60+ miles home on their own, only to find it was NOT the model they ordered. So, they had to haul it back for an exchange. When they arrived, even though they had called the day before to verify everything was in order, they were told the company computers would not accept the exchange! They were asked to 'go to lunch' while they try and resolve it! Take your business elsewhere.
Bought a new home with GE products and 10 years later the refrigerator started to get warm. I called Sears to come out and fix it. The lady, that I believe still does repairs in this area, told me the refrigerator needed a entirely new refrigerant system and I'm better off buying a new one. So we did and on discount but we kept the old refrigerator so I could fix it. So I do some research and find out that it only needed a $20 defrost heater. Now I have two working refrigerators and I honestly won't go back. Dont trust the Sears repair tech.
Completely disappointed in, Sears. We ordered Gifts for our staff over 2 weeks ago. Just received an email saying they were canceling our order and refunding us the money. Now we are stuck scrambling for our staff Christmas. Talk about not caring about the consumer, other businesses and being penny wise and pound foolish. Self greed will continue to destroy this company. Doing what is right will help it thrive. As of now, we will not shop at sears anymore unless they do the right thing.
When we first moved to Logan, we purchased a house in Bowers Heights and decided to buy all of our appliances locally. We went to the Logan Sears and dropped about $10,000 on appliances for our new home. Exactly 18 months later, the $400 Maytag dishwasher stopped working completely. I called the store to say that it had broken down and asked if they could replace it since dishwashers are supposed to last at LEAST 5 years, and they responded by saying that they were unable to replace it or even service it due to the fact that it was a couple months out of warranty. On another note, this location has THE WORST customer service. Everybody in town that I talk to about Sears always laughs at the fact that we bought our appliances there because they too have had bad experiences. In conclusion, if you would like really terrible customer service and name brand appliances that are most likely refurbished, BY ALL MEANS, SHOP AT YOUR LOGAN SEARS! If you would like to be treated like a human, go to Lancaster for all of your home improvement needs. BUYERS BEWARE!
Pleasant and has a good selection but would not look for the parts as one belt for 54 inch deck said there system would not recognize my tractor Amazon does so I can get it therei
quite knowledgeable about their products. Recently purchased a microwave, washer and dryer. They’re not just out to make a sale, they truly care about helping me find the right product that fits my needs and my budget!
I stopped in this location for the first time earlier this week. Owners and employees alike were friendly and helpful, I came in to look at some tools and left with a great deal on an oven. I will shop here as frequently as possible.

Friendly people and a nice selection of tools. Found some tools that the big Sears store that’s close to me didn’t have.
Just purchased a chainsaw. Steve guided us to the best one to fit our needs. Great service and knowledgeable!
