This place is great. If you have not visited yet, you need to. They have a lot of sales on quality tools and equipment. I ordered an elliptical and had it delivered to this store. Kathleen was wonderful assisting me and loading the super heavy box into the back of my truck. Overall will return. I suggest you do too!
This is a great place to buy appliances at a reasonable price! We bought a refrigerator and washer and dryer from them. They financed it and 6 months later it was all ours! The attention to service is what I liked most. I can't wait until next summer to buy a riding lawnmower.
I am really pleased with my new lawn mower. Store staff walked me through their selection and helped me get what I need. I was surprised at how much their protection agreements cover, especially that since i got one on my mower that service will come to my house. Totally worth it. Kat is awesome, I highly recommend this store.

When I found myself in a bind looking for a 4 mm wrench this place was able to help me out and make a really good deal with me. Some of the best customer service I've ever seen. Owner is really nice. I recomend this place 100%
We are having an addition done and bought a microwave in advance to being done with the job. When it came time to get things outfitted I managed to have the wrong measurements for it and needed to get something smaller. It was past the 30 day return, but everyone at the Sears Hometown store worked hard especially Katherine to get me a return and replacement to fit. Thank you Sears team! We will be back again!
We always buy our appliances here, we get personal service and they always go the extra mile. This is a locally owned store, not the soul sucking mall experience. They've done us right every time!
I used to come here all the time. This'll be the very last time I shop here. I'm looking at some things, the lady that was workin comes to me and asked "did you need some help." I said no ma'am I'm just browsing. I was comparing prices. She looked me up and down with a smurk. Said " I'll know when you do , I'm watching you on camera." I said excuse me. And she walked away . Loud and clear I felt, she thought I was stealing or already pocketed something. I up and left that place so quick, mad and insulted.
