I came in here to check out the clothes, and although the selection was a small, I did find some things I really liked and I was happy with the sales going on. I ended up getting the clothes I liked for a lot cheaper than I expected. BUT, the cashier I checked out with was maybe one of the most annoying cashiers I had ever been too. She was very chirpy and animated which was nice, but she was incredibly PUSHY. I kept letting her know I was not interested in the Sears card and MY mistake was to give her reasons why I didn't want it. "well my credit isn't so great, so I'm pretty sure I won't be approved" and she chirps up saying I can go ahead and try. I did say I didn't want it to due to the 25% interest and she says "well just pay it off in time!!". So after a while of bloody defending myself, I'm past being polite to the pressured cashier and now I'm saying, "NO". I can't blame her too much though. I know the cashiers must be pressured to do this Yet, she STILL goes on and on about the deals I'd get and how much I could save. "NO. NO. NO" I'm not interested in shopping here anymore.
I went in for a power saw and the salesperson patiently explained the different models to me, and the pros and cons of each. I am a condo dweller who bought a house. I also had my eye on a washer and dryer. I was offered good discounts and decided to buy the washer and dryer, too. They were eager but not pushy.
Trying to get help in using or learning capabilities of the cameras and to power them on. There are 3 employees, 2 secret shoppers and security, yet no one can help me in any way. They are more concerned with personal conversations than on helping their customers.
Guy cam for repair multiple times and did not know what he was doing and screwed my whole oven top, worse than when I started and this has happend twice. The worker also managed to leave his cannabis for my son to find on the table totally un professional.
Jewelry department leaves something to be desired. Took three weeks to replace a diamond, and I had to call them several times to find out if it is there. No one is answering the phone over there.
Meh. It's a sears. They had a surprisingly good selection of men's jeans, but their clothing for women is poor quality and generally ugly.
