Wish I could give them 0 or half a star. They have horrible timing and service. Whenever I go there it takes them about 20-30 minutes to ring up a purchase of literally 2-5 items. One of the workers was rude. In total this store earns thousands a day there cashier computers are slow and never work they have had them for probably 10 years now. This store would honestly be a waste of your time. We had 4 workers up front because literally people who had worked here maybe 2-3 years didn’t know how to do there jobs correctly 1 of them was new which I totally get but the others three should have been good at there job. These workers need to go through training. Not only to learn the skills but also how to treat a client. Never once said anything rude to them to be treated this way. Have been to others sears which have great workers and service. Folks some advice just don’t waste your time here.
Returned string trimmer next day after purchase. Sales clerk said I had to get a gift card instead of refund. Manager got involved. Very rude. Finally got the refund back on my card. Was going to purchase a different model. Sales clerk said I had to come back anther time. Unbelievable but true. Took about 35 minutes.
Went to Sears to buy a new riding mower. Customer service was awesome! The folks new about the mowers and were able to answer all of my questions. Didn't have to wait for a salesperson or look for someone to help me like I previously had at Home Depot and Lowe's. Plus while under warranty, they come to your house to service the mower. I was impressed all around and Hope the level of service continues!
Good sales! Customer service was okay. It was a little confusing where each department was-women's vs men's vs children's clothes. We were certain where the shoe dept. and jewelry counter was but everything else was confusing. I love the access to the mall and its a great location. I like the elevator for those who can't use the escalator. Overall, I liked the store.
Easy order pickup from ordering online. Ready very fast. Also A simple process for pickup once you arrive. You can pull up to the designated parking spot for online order pickups or walk into the store where a kiosk is there input your sales check id from your email and someone brings out the order within 5 mins or less or you get a 5.00$ cash voucher. No complaints.
Great store! I bought my mattress and my high definition TV here. I got great service from a knowledgeable sales associate both times. I have been especially happy with my bed, and they have the best no-haggle prices of any retailer I shopped! I hear people speak poorly about sears sometimes but I have always had good experiences here.
Worst customer service. I do not shop here often but when I do there is ALWAYS an issue with my transaction, whether I order online to pick up or shop in store. Online orders for pick up have been wrong AND not ready every time. There is always a long line to wait when shopping in store. Most recent visit I did an even exchange just changing sizes, was told I had to pay a difference because I used points the first time, which is ridiculous. Why would I pay to change a size for same item? Their service and policies really make using the points not worth the time.
I have had the worst experience with sears. I purchased a washer and dryer on May 24th and it was to be delivered the following Saturday. Customer service in the store was good. Come Saturday and they called to let me know that they could not find the washer. I went into the store after my dryer was delivered and everyone looked at me dumbfounded. When the dryer was delivered the guys put a long hose on and my dryer would not fit where the door would shut. The delivery man told me to have my husband fix it. Once I spoke with multiple confused people about my missing washer, it was to be delivered Saturday, June 3rd between 1:45 - 3:45. At 5:00 I get a call to let me know that they are running late. Once they arrived they let me know that the drain hose wasn't put on the truck and again stated that my husband could go buy one and get it working. After I let them know that I am not married AND paid the extra price for installation that I wasn't going to be the one fixing it. I contacted my sales rep who stated he was sure it was put on the truck and would have to get back to me with a time that they could deliver the drain hose if I didn't want to come in and he would GIVE me a drain hose free of charge. So far it's been 1.5 weeks since purchase and I still do not have a working washer. Take your money elsewhere.
This is absolutely the worst company to deal with. I ordered a sectional from them and was given a date for pick up at their store. I tried calling the furniture department multiple times throughout the day and left various voicemails... Never to get a call back. I had to have someone actually walk over to the department and get them on the phone. The rep. there by the name of Jeff, would only tell us that they don't have the order and they don't know what is going on. The next day we were given a new date of a week later. Finally we get our sectional to the house and get it put together and it doesn't fit right. The bottom is snug and the top has a gap. I then proceed to call the next day to get a replacement or get it fixed and again can't get an answer. Finally I get Jeff to answer and he proceeds to tell me that they don't help all they do is sell you the product..... so much for customer service! I asked to speak with a manager and get transferred to a voicemail. Now for the last 2 hours I have been calling nonstop and cannot get an answer.... Honestly I wish they had a spot for negative stars. I would not recommend anyone here ever!!
5 * + rating I went to see what was left of Sears because they're closing the store. It always been excellent with with me and my family I hate that this had to happen to them we're sure going to miss Sears they been in business since for my dad was born and that's 1920s I'm I think or something. I've always had excellent customer service good prices on tools good warranties I was going to buy a lawn mower from them I don't know how to dress or now I like their service contracts I have I have a lot of appliances from Sears I still have warranty on them and service contracts so I guess I got to figure out what I'm going to do next Brashears is excellent store family oriented never had any problems with Sears whatsoever we're going to miss you thank you serious management employees staff for making our experiences with y'all memorable. We're going to miss you
