Sears

Prices are good, but it is hot in the store, and nobody who works here wants to help, or they pretend like they don't know how. I asked the cashier for help. 15 minutes later after nobody came to help, I go back and I get blamed because I went to the section where I was buying my dresser, instead of waiting at the cash register. Even though they called for help for me over the intercom. Then the lady they sent back didn't have any clue how I was supposed to buy my dresser. After like 5 minutes, she peels the sticker off to go manually check the warehouse, instead of looking it up. The lady at the registere says they have 2. I'm still waiting here like an hour into my shopping experience, sweating and irritated and nobody who works here seems to care. Update: After 20 more minutes, I found the lady who went to go check the warehouse, and she denies that she went to go check. Says it's someone else. We go up to the front checkout and they can't figure out who went to go look, and then they tell me to order it online. I am never going back!

First off. This store was deserted except for sales people. There were NO other customers except us. That in itself is crazy. Therefore we had to wait for a sales person because he was working multiple departments. But he was very knowledgable & helpful. We bought a twin size mattress which made our daughter very excited & happy

Went to the brick and mortar store to make a large purchase for washer and dryer. My sales associate was # 27003, he took very good care of me. Answered all my questions and helped me make my decision! I'd recommend Sears anytime!

Bought a fridge and received great customer service from Letty. She was very helpful and honest with the questions we had about the products. Highly recommended Update on product: DON'T GET A KENMORE REFRIGERATOR. Only had it for 5 months and it failed 4 times because it wasn't cooling. It was deemed a lemon and just got a new one last week, Frigidaire. So far, so good. I still give Letty . But Sears in general, .

Definitely not what it used to be ; but always a nice selection of tools, mowers, automotive things. I wish they would update the register's it seems the technology is holding them back, longer check-out times, price lookups and card processing. But otherwise a good store and I hope its sticks around. I find it enjoyable.

I hardly shop at Sears, but my daughter wanted an exercise bike. The bike she wanted was no longer sold--discontinued item. A sales person, Humberto, helped me out above and beyond his duty. Not only was he friendly and helpful, but gave me a great deal on the last floor model. I know this is suppose to be a store review, but employees make the store. I will shop Sears more often because of employees like Humberto.

I arrived 10 mins before the store opened, the doors were open. I entered the store and was greeted by a rude lady informing me that the store wasn't opened yet. She sat reading her tablet and mouthed off a little bit more almost as though she wanted me to leave and shut the sliding glass door behind me. Needless to say I was so very angry with how she treated me. To add insult to injury we left and walked around to the mall entrance and waited for that door to open and evidently they only use the mall entrance for advertising:/

Sad to see this place go. It closes today, but I was there yesterday. Wife and I bought 4 rugs for dirt cheap. They were all 85% off. There isn't much left in the store now, but 8 emplore you to check it out. Before the end of the day today.

I love this sears! I see some familiar faces from days long gone. My go to guy is in appliances. I tell him what I Need and would want. He talks with me openly and honestly. He points me in the rt direction to what's going to work best for me and my family.

Glad to hear the Corpus Christi Sears isn't closing. Went here to buy a Craftsman tool box and everybody was helpful and even loaded the tool box in my truck. If you read this review soon enough they are having a ton of sales store wide and online. A lot off good deals on Craftsman.
