Washer wasn’t working. Glenn figured out the issue quickly and gave a detailed course of action. He answered all my questions clearly.
Just seems like they are folding up shop store seems empty.
The tech, William T, knew immediately what the problem was. The leaking water froze into a large block of ice that moved the base of the freezer leaving a space for the water to leak onto the floor. He used a steamer to remove the ice and the problem was solved.
I really love the deals from here and you can find good clothes and shoes. But I really, really, really hate that they never want to make valid the promotions that they have I. The sign, same thing used to happen when they had Kmart, maybe that's why they closed I always check the signs and read the letters in them and them at the time to check out there's always a problem. I bought a backpack and some clothes to take advantage of one promotion, but then when I got out from there I found the same back pack at Spencer's cheaper and I return everything from Sears. Oh!!! And the customer service it's also the worst so of you go make sure that they respect the prices that they have advertise, check the signs and good look finding a worker from there you always have to chase them around even for check out
Almost a year since the last visit photos below, & it is truly sad to see this once-bustling store about to be taken off life support. All that is left are a few tools & clothes that hark back to the 1990's, or earlier. A cashier told us that there will eventually be only eight retail stores in the entire U.S. The company that gave us Craftsman & Kenmore, & catalogs that my grandfather & I flipped through together, continues to die by degrees. RIP Sears.
Terrible. No wonder Sears is bankrupt. I went there to shop for tires. There was only one sales person in the auto shop and he was rude beyond belief. Not only did he not greet me with a "good afternoon" or other pleasantry, but he seemed annoyed that I was there. I told him specifically what I wanted and the brand, model and year of the vehicle. He wasn't listening and looked at the computer and asked whether I had been there before. "Yes, not this Sears specifically, but other stores." In fact I have had service on vehicles for longer than 10 years. "Phone number?" he asked. "Which vehicle?" I just told you what vehicle." Annoyed, he told me that he sees lots of customers every day and can't remember everything. When he found the information, he said that it had a very unusual tire size and he only had one brand. Is P225/70R15 rare and unusual?? Of course not. The price he quoted was considerably more expensive than Discount Tire we and the latter's salesperson was friendly, professional and didn't have an attitude. With salespeople such as this rude-beyond-belief punk at Sears, it's no wonder they are going out of business. I felt sorry for the people who preceded me. The punk probably sold them services they didn't need. I overheard something about new brake pads. Right...and air filters for the passenger compartment?? Don't go to Sears at the Tucson Mall. They don't deserve my business nor your business and I will never go there again.
Sitting here outside the optical department, which the website says is open today, yet it's closed.....why? Are they at lunch? There no sign or notice......the seemingly only employee on the first floor has no idea. The place is devoid of staff and customers for that matter. Thanks for wasting my time.
Definitely a good experience. Lots of selection of different items including cool t-shirts. That's why I came in here is to see what kind of cool men's t-shirts they had. I had not been in a Sears in nearly 10 years. the store was pretty much empty and there was hardly anybody else shopping in there.
I love Sears but this last time we went we went in line that had the Asian cashier. She was nice but very pushy fir us to get a credit card then tricked us in putting our social security number in so she can get it. Next we will go in another line except for hers. But I will go back to Sears just not in her line. So don't get tricked in to putting your social security number if you don't want to get a credit card.
Went in on a whim. Service was horrible. Cashier was pushing credit cards and not explaining them at all. Customer ahead of me told her she didn't want it and she keeps pushing. He ended up leaving. Then its my turn. The products I had picked up to purchase rang up double the posted price. Told her. Then she wanted to argue the sale. My sister exsears employee took her to show her the pricing chart. Finally got the price changed, but still had to eat for a manager. All in all horrible service and general attitude.
