It's sad they are closing. But I understand why. The prices on tools are expensive. Compare craftsman to husky. Both same quality, and warranty but craftsman is much higher priced. Sad another store is closing in our small town. And people will be losing their jobs at Christmas. The guy that worked there really liked his job and very good at customer service. I picked up a floor jack and stands a couple months ago and he was very helpful. To bad upper management can't find a way to keep an iconic store like sears open.
Just thought I would share that I was in Rhinelander wisconsin. Looking to remodel one of my cabins.Rhinelander Sears store was very helpful especially Dawn and chuck.When I come back to finish the remodel I will be buying all my appliances from them hope there still there. They were awesome.Great to deal with. Thanks hometown sears.
Going to miss this store!! We were able to buy a nice lawnmower at a good deal. Our Craftsman lawnmower lasted us 18 years.
This was our first visit to the store. We were treated very courteously. Found what were looking for. Will definitely go back.
