This place is sad. I don't know how to describe it. It use to be high end and nice super store. Now looks rundown, shelves are half empty. Comparing with online still very expensive. The point system they have now is like final attack before it die completely. I love craftsman tools, I know they no longer as good as before. I really hope they can come back one day... Either down size or become a service center. Just sad to see many of these big retails are going out. Can't really fight with those online players.

Went to buy a Craftsman wet/dry vac. The price was better than other comparable brands and was able to get $50 back in store credit with current promotion. You can never go wrong with Craftsman! The store was clean and empty with shoppers. I hope they stay in business.

Good experience. I was a walk in by 5pm and, got oil change done. Waited for a little over an hour and 1/2. Attendant needs help and looks like he is in a bad mood. But still nice and professional.

Exchanges may cost you more. Went to exchange a heater that was damaged during UPS shipping. I bought it online from Sears. Had some discount sales credits going on when I bought it. When I tried to exchange it for an exact model. They were charging me an xtra 8.00 because the exchange item was not on sale. Now I see why they are going out of business. So I just returned it.

I grew up when Sears was the King of Retail and everything was perfect including customer service. But now customer service is greatly lacking. It's hard to find somebody on the retail floor to help you anymore. But I still go there because of memories of a better time.

Honestly I would of gave this store a 1 star.. after an employee ring me up as a whole sale instead of ordering my gym equipment.. So I was waiting a whole week and didn't get a notification on when my item was coming but after talking to the new manager Mr. Lawrence. He was really nice and helpful. Fixed the problem, placed the order and told me exactly when it will come to the store. Felt really comfortable talking to him. 5 star because of him.

Good store. Very good price. attractive discounts. Worth a visit. 4 stars. That was my review in 2015. Now, I changed to 2. There was a saying "the big fish eats the small fish" which was true but now "the fast fish eats the slow fish". Hope Sears understands it......! I picked up two pair of shoes and waited over half hour to pay at the register. The cashiers were too slow and the line was not advancing. Then I saw a sign that displayed "for online customers". I was very hopeful and started to place the order on-line on that computer terminal. Unfortunately, the computer was slower than the cashier. After trying for another 15 minutes, I left the shoes there and walked out. Came home and ordered on-line. Two hours later, I got an email that the on-line order needs attention and I must take action immediately. I called the number given but the customer service person was not helpful. He said that he is working over time because it is holiday. If I have an emergency, he can help. I mentioned that my on-line order was returned asking for follow up. He said to call Monday-Friday 7.00 to 5.00. That means I may not get the Black Friday deal $10.00 off per pair. I have a feeling that unless Sears management do something to improve the situation slow cashiers, the company will not recover from its pathetic condition. Hope someone reads it and improve. Shops such as Samsclub offers mobile checkout to speed up.

Fast and accurate service despite the short of personnel that the auto center store is going though. Thanks Lalo for your expertise on the field. I would only suggest the CSR be more friendly or at least show a smile to all the customers for making some business with them : like that.

Just recently stopped by the store to shop and not much product on floor which is ok but went downstairs looking for a restroom due to the fact my little brother and I needed to use the restroom. But they had a sign closing the are saying “preventive maintenance restroom out of order” I moved that sign to check for myself if the restroom that’s for the customers was in good condition to use! And surprisingly every stall inside women’s was working perfectly well! It’s sad how Buena park Sears has these customers believing those restrooms do not work!!! Customers spend enough money as it is at this place and can’t let a customer use the restroom that was built for customers. So sad...
