Sears

So sad they are closing. Sears has been a staple store around for decades. This one has been a great location for us to purchase great quality Kenmore products and accessories. They also have great tools. My only reason for 4 stars is their clothes have always been a little on the cheesy side behind the times and not the greatest quality. Every once in a while, I have found something suitable but not very often.

Always a great store. Automotive Service is doing things right. Great deals on everything store wide. People are friendly, and courteous. I have always had a great shopping experience here. Security is in the parking lot at all times. Handicap parking can be full at times.

Found some really cheap flats that were needed in a hurry. The customer service was nice and helpful but took longer than expected to check us out for only one item, about 5 mins. The store is cluttered and there's a dusty smell in the air. Over all... I've shopped there once in about 7 years and I don't plan on going back at the moment.

My husband and I had a really good experience in the appliance department. The manager, was very personable and caring for our specific situation. He and his staff were caring and helpful and we cannot thank them enough for making our experience a memorable one. Thank you from the Donohue’s.

I went to the new watch /phone/ jewelry repair in sears at the victorville store. The guy ed was extremely helpful, friendly and quick. He is good priced too. I say try him before going to any of the others in the mall. You service will get done fast and with a professional touch. Now I will only go to ed because he is nice and friendly. Thanks ed.

I went to the shoe department to find some heels to go with a dress for a highschool reunion. Kayla is an absolute sweetheart and a great help. She helped me find the perfect shoe at a great price. Everything was on sale. If you go there look for Kayla! She's fantastic!!! I will definitely be back! Thank you so much Kayla!!

I bought 8500 smith machine and paid for set up and delivery, when they delivered the driver told me he don’t set up and seemed very confused. I asked him to call his office and someone told him someone would come to set it up, never heard of that. I tried calling delivery customer service and was on hold 45 min and finally hanged up. Day 2 I have not gotten any calls and have been on hold for 40 min now and some of the the stuff was damaged. I’m suppose to report it within 72 hrs but I can’t get a hold of them. I was charged for set up and for delivery and every time someone called to confirm they would say set up and delivery. Horrible customer service.

Helpful and clean. Needs remodeling, but for the age of the location very well kept. I like that I can physically see & touch the items I want to purchase so there's no surprises later that I would have to return. Price matching is great. Shop your way points club is fun too. U get tothe register to pay, ask about ur points & u walk away sometimes with free items. Love it.

Although some of the pairs of items go missing examples: earrings, gloves, and other sorts the place is great anyways even though on the weekends it's sort of busy, they have good service anyways I personally think they're clothes is cute as well .

Auto Center is the best. They have never failed me or my car. Tristan has went to great lenghts to make sure my care was fixed on time and within my budget. Her and Jason the tech has been outstanding. Side note: Sears need to separate the auto center.
