The repairman was great! Our dryer is very old and in less than 30 seconds he knew what was wrong and fixed the issue bad igniter. He also fixed our dryer door it would not close proper and replaced the latches inside. Overall it took him 30 minutes to complete the job. Excellent service!
It was just so easy to have my wash machine repaired. All I did was sit by the phone all day not from 10 to 2 as promised but from 10 to after five. During that time i made a dozen calls to sears all asking me the same info each time. Each one said they couldn't find the order.Half of the operators asked if the repair was on my 2 tractors. Then after asking all my information over and over again they put down the wrong phone number so the technician couldn't reach me. Great work Sears!
The repair person, Pedro, arrived inside of the scheduled window. He diagnosed the problem, ordered a replacement part, picked up the part and installed the part all within 2 hours. Pedro was very courteous, knowledgeable and efficient. All-in-all, my experience with Sears Appliance Repair was very positive. I wouldn't hesitate to call Sears Appliance Repair in the future.

Although the technician was prompt and courteous, I only gave 3 stars because on the receipt he put the serial number for the stove on the 1st floor instead of the serial number for the stove on the 2nd floor which was the one that needed the repairs. Had to call for another appointment for the same stove he fixed and operator was confused as to which stove was repaired the first time. Called a different service number and this time the operator understood my problem and wrote in the comments of my appointment regarding the wrong serial number on the receipt.
