I've been trying to buy some tools online but it keeps saying email incorrect I wonder how many people have the same problem good way to lose business and customers
Very pleased with the process of buying our washing machine. Nice and quiet. So much more information provided than we would've received at large box type stores. Would recommend going here for your appliance needs.
Employee was very receptive, had a friendly attitude. She always has a good attitude towards me and customers. They had riding mowers, small mowers, AC's, BbQ pits, washers & dryers, vaccum cleaners, tools, Sealy mattresses, portable AC's, GE water heaters, microwaves.
First time going into this store. I was getting a replacement washer through my extended warranty. Martha Rodriguez helped me and worked with me with all the paperwork that goes with this kind of transaction and I should have my new washer in a few weeks.
Went to get a fridge after spending more than an hour. They told me.I couldnt lease fridge because some nonsense. I will suggest that you guys make sure what you can lease and what you can't. Instead of wasting people time
Delivery has been canceled twice for my mom. The day of purchase the salesman said the stove was in stock. Call the store to follow up and won’t pickup the phone.
If i could give 0 stars, i would. Called on MULTIPLE instances looking for information. The only time i managed to get some one on the line, it was some lady that seemed to have a terrible accent and was incredibly difficult to understand. The only thing i did understand was her telling me to call back in 2 hours. Total waste of time. There are infinite retailers with far better customer service.
I am so excited to have this store open in my area. There is a huge selection to chose from, great prices, virtual kitchen imaging, and friendly staff. This is definitely a move in the right direction for Sears and the future in home appliance retail.
I have experienced the best customer service at this location. Our sales person is Matilda. She explains all of my options and not only matches competitor prices but shops around to make sure I am getting the best price. I am building some apartment units and bought all my appliances from Sears. The sales team at Sears is great with keeping the merchandise for a few months or maybe it has been close to a year now in their warehouse and when we are ready to have it delivered Marsha from the delivery team is wonderful in keeping us abreast with the delivery and when we want it delivered. When there was a miscommunication about the merchandise delivery I called this store and they took care of it. I always like dealing with Sears but this location in Pharr is exceptional.
Pretty sad place. My son works in the oil refinery business and makes $4,000 a week. Now he doesn't show off his money and when he's home he dresses very modest. Plain shirt, khakis shorts, etc. So he needed a washer and dryer and not those old traditional ones. He wanted somethin fancy so he decides to go to Sears here. Well, he tells me he never got greeted by ANYONE. He looked around the store at different pricey washers and dryers and never got asked if he needed anythin'. He said he looked shabby that day but had $8,000 cash on him. So he left. I spent this weekend with him. So he went back here and gave y'all a second chance but again no one acknowledged him. So, he took a pic of what he wanted. And then we went to Best Buy down the street. Your employees cost y'all $3,000 in sales he spent at Best Buy. Teach your employees not to judge a book by the cover......
