Very unsatisfied with customer service. Ordered a washer, was told a delivery of the next day, it was not delivered. Called, they said it was pushed back to this Saturday. I really needed the washer asap, which is why I ordered it for next day delivery. Waited, Friday comes, I get a text saying the delivery will be Saturday between 12:30 and 3:30. Called the store to confirm. At 10:30 I check the text message tracking and it said delivery failed. Noone showed up to my house. We've been home all morning. I had a missed call at 10, but again we were planning on a 1230-330 delivery and noone even came to my door. Seems they tried calling well before delivery time, noobe answered, so they didn't even attempt to go to the address and just decided not to deliver the washer. When I called, I had to call roughly 6 times between 12 and 2pm before getting told they called and noone answered so they canceled my delivery. Customer service is extremely poor. The woman on the phone was nice, but the structure of how this whole delivery system is awful. Order it for next day delivery, they don't deliver, they change it for 4 or 5 days later, they don't show up and don't even attempt to knock on the door or attempt to go to the house if you don't answer hours before your scheduled delivery, all while we were home.
I found everyone at the store to be courteous and helpful overall. However, once the appliance was delivered it could not be installed by the team sent from the store to do so. We then hired an independent Electrician to install it, but he found crucial components of the directions missing ! The Electrician called the store and was told "this was not unusual". In fact, the person he spoke to said the one that was currently available for sale now had no manual The Electrician was able to contact the company that makes the appliance, but it took several days and at an additional cost to both him and to we the customer. I had confidence in the people I did business with at the store, but once I the item arrived nothing was quite as described. We have been over two weeks with no stove and the Electrician has had to rearrange his entire schedule several times. I find it unfortunate to have to write this, but these are serious concerns and should be addressed.
Sales guy was very helpful. Not pushing us at all. We were looking 4 a gas stove with the conversion kit for L/P gas. No problem, took one out of another oven and then all ready to go. You have to be patient, they got stuff all around the place in a little order. But for the price it's worth it.
Do your homework before purchasing anything from here price wise. I didn't until after purchasing, but had no issues returning the items for my cash back. I was surprised with the variety of items they had at the time of my first visit here. Like any discount store, they don't keep the same items in stock for long. If you see something you like, you should grab it while you have the chance because there's no guarantee how long it'll be there. As for the Craftsman tools they did have, they weren't worth their asking price. Pay close attention at the check-out, to get any discounts applied before you pay. If I hadn't been paying attention, I would've ended up with at least an additional 45% MARK-UP, instead of the 40% OFF that was advertised. When I did look the discounted item up online, I saw it was being sold for even less at another location. Five days later, I took the unopened item back to be returned with my receipt. The salesman needed some assistance to process the return, but everyone was pleasant and he gave me my cash back with a new receipt without any issues. All the salespeople were pleasant that I interacted with at this location. I don't know the details of their affiliation with Sears, but I believe they are owned by a different company and they might be changing their name soon, but please don't hold me to that information.
The ladies at the desk were so helpful. We were able to get a new to us fridge when ours stopped working unexpectedly. Such a good price for some minor cosmetic damage to the handles.
Ryan and Jacob were so helpful and had such friendly personalities!! They made it that I will always come back for any furniture I need.
Worst customer service once you purchase the item. I purchased a washer and dryer, was scheduled to deliver almost 2 weeks later bc I needed a weekend delivery due to work. They call me the night before to say my delivery driver called out so I would need to reschedule a week later. They end up showing up WITHOUT a day's notice while I'm at work. I received a text while I was at work. Then I had to reschedule again and this time the drivers shows up without all the equipment needed to install my washer and dryer. I went to Lowe's and spent $67 in hoses, clamps and vent ducts etc. When they arrived, they stated they installed the washer no problem , but were having a hard time with the dryer vent installation. By this time I've lost over 3 hours of work and the store manager had stated they wouldn't charge me for installation or the hoses and other things needed. They left without trying to see if everything was installed and worked fine. The next day Sat my daughter uses the washing machine for our 1st time and calls me to say there's water flooded all over our bathroom floor. I get home and there's water under the machines too. I call the store and no one seems to know what to do. Friendly sales clerk says he would leave a message for the manager for the next day!! In the meantime, I'm upset and call another store and speak with a manager and regional manager who assures me someone will come by my appt today Sunday to see why it's leaking water everywhere. No one showed up and no one called until @ 4;00 to say they could stop by Monday, to which I said I cant take time out of work again especially since the regional manager said they would come today. The guy on the phone identified himself as Manny the delivery guy said he'd have to get back to me, if I needed a weekend it wouldnt be until this coming Sat!!! Wth. Very , very poor customer service. In the meantime, I guess I'm suppose to keep spending money on the laundromat. Ive taken pictures and if there's water damage in my appt or the appt below they will be liable to the property owner. I'm not losing my security deposit for their negligence in not checking that the machine works properly before selling it and checking they installed it properly before leaving my appt. I wouldve given them a decent review after all that IF they had just bothered to contact me quickly and come service the washer on Sat or Sun.

So disappointed!!! I’ve shopped here before and John was wonderful! However I just went back to buy appliances for an entire house and the 3 people working were absolutely useless. Even after I asked several questions, not one of them offered to help me find what I was looking for or point me in the right direction. Not to mention, the range I found was for sale at Lowe’s got exactly 2$ more than the one here. Some discount…. I’ll never ever buy from this store again. Ended up at Lowe’s where they had great customer service and I was in and out in under an hour.
