Maria was AMAZING!! I don't know what she's getting paid, but, you better give her a huge raise before someone steals her to work for their company! If we weren't retired, we would have offered her a job!! She is an absolute GEM with fantastic customer service skills that are almost impossible to find nowadays! The delivery guys were also just wonderful! Thank you for such a fantastic experience! We are telling EVERYONE we know!!
Affordable prices for the hard working people. Great value and lots of options to choose from. Manager was super nice, not pushy at all, but available if you needed him. Manager helped us load mattress into the truck. Definitely will be back again!
Evelyn and Ryan were incredible. Super helpful and knowledgeable. They walked us through how to disassemble our new fridge to get it in the house and even offered to come out and help us at no additional cost if we had issues. Will be back for future purchases if they are there
Our Jen-Air fridge had a small leak from a blue valve in the back. Ryan came out same day to fix the leak. He was professional & friendly, so we returned to purchase a washer & dryer which work great! Thanks Maria & Ryan, see you soon!
Had the best experience here! Came to find a washer, and Keenan gave us the best costumer service around. So helpful, patient with us trying to make a decision, even went to the back to look for us & was incredibly kind!! Will definitely be coming back here in the future. I will say it was quite hot in the building though, ac didn’t seem to be working very well. Overall, Keenan does excellent at his job & cares for his costumers. Thank you!!
Keenan was fantastic help when I popped in to this location yesterday. He was knowledgeable about what he had in stock, which helped me make my decisions. He was patient as I deliberated over my choices, and was helpful in looking up specs of one particular model I wanted to know a bit more about. I picked out 2 fridges, washer, and dryer, all for a couple thousand less than MSRP, so you can’t beat the price.
I came here looking for a washer and dryer and I was helped by an associate named Keenan. He was extremely friendly and helped me find exactly what I was looking for. He was very knowledgeable about the washer and dryers. And maintained a great attitude the whole time even though I had many questions. We need more people like him working in customer service ! I will be returning for more items soon.!
I want to give a huge shoutout and “thank you” to Miraha at America Freight. She was a huge help while I ran around the store trying to pick out several items for my daughter’s apartment. I was in a huge time crunch and her manager even jumped in to help verify that all the items I chose were on the truck that came in that day. Mirah had a huge smile on her face throughout the process. Great customer service is what guarantees repeat customers.
Alisha was such a great help when we purchased some new furniture from American Freight. She was so kind as we loaded the truck in the excessive heat and was a great sales person.
Very pleased with the folks at the Mobile Highway store! They all did their level best to ensure that my furniture order was completed! I highly recommend them without any doubt!
