We thought Sears was closing. Everything is marked way down. There was also a musty smell in the store. The store is unorganized, and one second, you are in clothes, then there are appliances, it's very chaotic. We only saw two workers downstairs and one upstairs. If you don't mind the disarray you can find some pretty good deals.
It's such a great store that sadly seems to be dying. But they have all sorts of super good deals, especially with tools right now.. please support then if you can. Great deals and prices.
This place is sinking. The third floor is now blocked off. The second is basically a warehouse. The first floor has the clothes racks placed six to ten feet apart, instead of shoulder to shoulder like before. I notice some clothes lines have dropped the "Sears" branding. Get the deals while you can! Sad to see such a nice store decline.
I am not reviewing for Sears brand, but the store in Westfield, it’s bad as there is no stock. Most of the aisles are empty, there are very few appliances. Same is for kids clothing or shoes.
I really haven't bin to sears in years but it's still okay it's not the best but isn't bad either i still like sears I nice to walk around and not buy anything honestly more for window shopping.
I was going to buy a swim suit, and went up to the register. All the employees were standing in a circle talking to each other and they all side eyed me when I came up. Nobody came up to check me out, they all just ignored me. So I left. Would never shop here.
One of the last sears still in business. Made me miss my dad and grandpa who loved shopping at sears
A young woman associate named Catherine helped me yesterday. It was a little odd she kept naying and making horse noises. It was very off putting.
Sears is the BEST! When I was 4 years old I remember that there use to be sears in the everett mall I was sad when they took it down but I'm happy that sears survived and it still here today
Either the store hours are not correct or they don’t care to open on time. It is 10:05 am but the doors are still locked with customers waiting outside
