This shop is closing and you have so many wonderful paintings. The owner of the shop is a fantastic person. If you are around Newport RI. This is a must go place and you get paintings for the price you can't even imagine. Good luck to the owner of this shop !!

Got 3 paintings here last weekend. They had so many beautiful pieces of art it was hard to choose! Woman at the counter was really nice and helpful. Sad to see they will be closing the store soon. We came from NY and would have loved to come back again on our future trips to Newport.

Bought two painting one 32 years ago and one last week while visiting in Newport. The same lady the owner was very helpful and remembered the painting, artist and frame the original one was in. Very reasonably priced both times. Would recommend you stop in there for a look and take one home. Bill - New Haven Ct.

This art gallery is absolutely the best one that I've been to. The paintings are all gorgeous and very well priced. The closeout room had cheaper paintings ranging from $35-$99 and they were all kinds of sizes. The person working at the counter was very helpful in picking a painting, and overall I really love this shop.

What a wonderful place. I’m certainly not an art collector nor do I pretend to know much about art or paintings. I use paintings to decorate my home. That’s all. I like things that bring the outside to the inside. And I like to change them up for the seasons. I’ve bought 6 paintings over the years from this gallery. The prices are always great and always seem to include the frame. There is a selection. Not just nautical or ocean theme, but a wide range of subjects and themes. I believe everything is done by local artist. All the paintings I’ve bought have been oil on canvas. They last forever. Highly recommended shop for reasonably priced paintings. !!!

Kyara was incredibly patient and knowledgeable which totally enhanced our experience. There is a wide selection, pricing is great and the overall experience was phenomenal. While I may not be an art connoisseur I am totally in love with my picks and will definitely shop here again.

Stopped in recently during a weekend visit and made a point of coming back to buy a framed painting. Woman working there went out of her way to make sure we left with exactly what we wanted and made excellent recommendations about ideas for frames. Recommend to anyone looking for high-quality art.

Lisa was great in helping me find a painting and frame to go with it that I liked at a reasonable price. She also helped me greatly with padding the painting so I could prepare it to ship cross country. Would greatly recommend picking up some local Rhode Island art.

What a great place to shop! You can truly lose yourself at this gallery. We bought two items from Lisa, one of the helpful shop assistants. She was knowledgeable, willing to try about 10 different frames with the two paintings we picked and helped us with the choices we ultimately made... After this, go to the Red Parrot down the street, or the Brick Alley Pub next door to celebrate your newest 'catch'

My husband and I casually wandered into Seaside Art Gallery one evening in June just to browse around. After about an hour, with the help of Keira, we picked out 4 beautiful pieces of art. Living out of state Texas they were shipped to us; all arrived in perfect condition. We quickly found just the right spot in our house for each of one. Thank you!
