We just had a service visit from Norman. We wanted to compliment him for the work he did on our furniture drawers. He was very meticulous in his efforts to make our drawers work perfect. He took extreme care and effort to assure the drawers fit precisely as they were supposed to. He was also very polite, friendly and professional. He took great care to make sure that there was no mess made during his service visit. Norman should be commended for his work and Seaside Furniture should be proud to have him represent them. Thank you so much for your prompt attention to this matter.

We bought a table and 6 chairs from one store. Then purchased other furniture from the second store. All items were stored until our renovation was complete. The delivery went smoothly with experienced friendly service. No complaints here!

Love these stores! I always find something unique. Lynn, at the larger store on Robert Edge Parkway is very helpful. But really, all the folks are nice at both locations.

Excellent experience here! Went in looking for a desk and fell in love with the Cottage Creek Rosalyn bedroom set. Purchased on Tuesday, delivered this morning Wednesday. Chris & Lynne in Sales are fantastic. And the two guys, Anthony and Jared, that delivered and set up our furniture on the 11th floor of a condo building were amazing!!! Will definitely be back to refresh additional rooms in the future. Thank you!!!

Very cute eclectic local furniture store. Nice staff. Reasonable prices. Have items in stock for quick delivery. Delivery men were very friendly, quick, and respectful of property. Will be buying from there for my home.

I was told by Nikki Eddy and a coffee table and in table were available , but she needed to confirm the exact shipping dates and would contact me the next day. After 3 phones call to the store I finally got a call back well after 4PM that the furniture I already paid 50% down on is now unavailable. Then she proceeded to tell me that she told me this was a possibility. LIE! now I am at the mercy of the banks on getting my refund, but she had no pro lem taking my money. These are shady people folks

Special thanks to Meagan and Norm at Seaside Furniture & Gallery Service Department. After taking delivery of two Ashley Reclining Love Seats, we encountered issues with one of the seat recliners. Norm came out to investigate the issue and upon investigation, discovered a missing spring, misaligned frame, and several missing bolts on both love seats. He took numerous pictures and reported back to the Ashley Rep. Meagan then worked with Ashley to determine the best course of action Return, Replace, or Repair. In the end, Ashley sent a box of parts and Norm returned to make the repairs. Throughout the entire process of resolution, both Meagan and Norm were understanding, knowledgeable, professional, and courteous; all with the desire to fully satisfy their customer. Thanks to Meagan and Norm for top notch customer service!

I've actually furnished my home entirely with furniture from Seaside as high quality with beautiful fabrics, lasting for many years. The sales folks Nikki & Lynne are talented, proactively offering recommendations and taking the time to work with you. Although I was aware most of the furniture would take 6 months to arrive, my DR table took a full yr not Seaside's fault; so Seaside provided a loaner until the table came in. However, once the table arrived, I've had issues with the DR table not opening correctly + stains that could not be removed. Norman from service to the rescue! Norman & Anthony are super professional. Norman personally came back multiple times to ensure all issues were resolved to my satisfaction. Seaside cares about and values their customers ... highly recommend giving them a try!

Lots of incompetence. Get everything in writing or by email, I bought furniture for the 3rd time, and when they scheduled my delivery they said I had and outstanding balance from a purchase i made 6 months prior, absolutely not true, they corrected it and I got a weak apology. I see on some of the other posts on here where they did that to other people. Also when I made my initial payment, I was told I could pay the balance with a personal check on delivery, the girl that scheduled the delivery then told me I would have to pay balance before delivery. I thought that was pretty sleezy. Anyway the left hand doesn't have a clue what the right hand is doing there. Get everything in writing ! But in all fairness, they have nice quality furniture at a good price.
