Seasons Family Dental provides top notch care in every aspect of delivery. The staff is very pleasant and professional on the phone and at reception. They navigate the insurance plans smoothly and are able to provide highly accurate figures for total costs. Most crucially, the care delivered by Dr. Behrendt is excellent.
My interactions with the dentist and tech were great. Too bad his front desk staff is so bad, I will not return. When I arrived for my appointment, it was an icy morning. No one had put any salt out and I asked about it when I got there. There were 3 people behind the desk. No one did anything so I saw some by the door and so I put some out. No one even said thank you. I called to get an appointment and got one for a month later. Then they called me back and rescheduled. I was scheduled for a temporary crown but it was rescheduled. I asked to have an appointment for a cleaning and they said they would call me. I still do not have one and it has been 2 month. When I ask about it, they said they will call me but no one ever does. When I received my temporary crown, I got a call in the middle of it about my father. The dentist and tech were great and got me out as soon as they could. I made an appointment for the permanent one. They said to call if the temporary crown was an issue. It came off about 2 hours later. Called the emergency number the next day because it was a Saturday. They suggested to get some over the counter cement. It did not work so I babied the tooth until Monday. I called on Monday and the front desk said they had an appointment on Thursday. I told them that I needed something sooner but they did not even try. The dentist was not in on Monday and there was nothing else. I had to wait. It would not have taken much time to fix it but they could have cared less. I was just supposed to walk around with an exposed peg until whenever. Never going back.
Awesome, quality care. Great equipment. Super informative, helpful, and kind, both tech and dentist. I will be recommending them to anyone who will listen.
It was my first visit to Seasons Dentistry. I was thoroughly impressed. The decor was attractive and very clean. The hygienist was efficient, skilled and very pleasant. Dr. Olinger was also very pleasant and most articulate in explaining my problem. I’m so happy to have found this dental office!
Well I called for a cleaning and a check on a filling that I had for many years. Ok they scheduled me, I showed up and I went back to one of their rooms, the dental assistant said. Oh this is just a check on your filling..‍‍ They did take a x-ray tooth and said yes I have a cracked filling and needed a crown, well just the other night I lost the back half of my tooth have NO PAIN so obviously my cavity is not cracked but my tooth is cracked. DONT GO THERE
