Seatown has been my floofs primary care from day one. My pup actually loves going to her appointments because she gets such positive attention. Wonderful crew and great communication helps to keep me in the know every step of the way. I appreciate all they've done for her and look for continued care for years to come.
Went today and was impressed with the service and cleanliness of the facility. Will visit again next year for rabies shot. I was a bit worried the vet was so young, but she knew what she was talking about. Thanks for taking care of Mochi.
They are always transparent and nonjudgmental when it comes to budget constraints. Very great at communicating quickly and answering all of your questions even stupid ones. I trust the vets here time and time again and after experiences at other seattle animal hospitals feel like I have found a gem! Everyone there really cares about animals and their owners. Mocha bean and I thank you!
Excellent care for your pet. They have a kind staff and personalized veterinarian approach. So far we are happy with this vet clinic.
We are in some tough tough times when it comes to vet care, which makes it all the more impressive to see how smooth a process it is taking my fractious dog to Seatown Vet. Reception is always extremely kind and communicative, the vet techs are miracle workers, and the vets have all been very knowledgeable and compassionate. Thank you so much for all the hard work you do!!!
Seatown Vet has been taking care of my pup Phinney since we moved to Seattle last year. They have been wonderful to work with! Given me reminders and calls about his shots, and available over the phone for advice when he was feeling sick a few weeks ago
They saved my cat's life. I brought him in thinking that he was constipated, but during his exam, Dr. Jarchow noticed that his bladder was swollen due to a urinary blockage which can be lethal. She immediately got to work and called every emergency vet in the area until she found one that could take him that night. He's currently recovering at home and doing well. Had it not been for Dr. Jarchow and her team's expertise, professionalism, and diligence, I may have lost my best friend. All of my experiences with this clinic have been overwhelmingly positive and I enthusiastically recommend them to anyone.
The vets took great care of my dachshund! My dachshund is a little old lady, and like most dachshunds is prone to back problems. They provided guidance for some balance and strength exercises to help her mobility and extra pain medication to see her through next time she has a back flare up!
My doggie koala is under Dr. Kimmell’s excellent care, had a successful surgery for removing skin lesion, spay, and liver biopsy in January. After speaking with a couple of vet hospitals, I luckily found Seatown and Dr. Kimmell. I was nervous at first, but Dr. Kimmell and the team make it so much easier for me, and made sure all questions were addressed. The front desk is always so amazing and helpful too. I’m grateful for Dr. Kimmell’s top notch experience and skills and her team. Koala is doing so much better today both behavior after spay, and liver diagnosis, treatment and recovery because Dr. Kimmell and all the staffs at Seatown’s help!
I went here until my kitten was misdiagnosed with an eye condition that ended up making his eye much worse and putting him in extreme pain. The vet I was given was clearly new and instead of listening to what I thought my cat had, she instead diagnosed him with something he showed no symptoms for. This led to him developing an eye ulcer and needing to be taken to a specialist in Tacoma. Again, he was in no pain before I took him here. The specialist in Tacoma I took him to confirmed he had the condition I suspected he had. This was the condition I told the Seatown vet he had entropion, but was ignored and misdiagnosed instead. It was clear from my visits with the Seatown vet that she was guessing what was going on with my cat but had no idea. I only give an extra star for the office and online services. If however you care at all about your pet receiving the best care, I cannot in good conscious recommend this place. The care they gave when my kitten was in need only led to more pain, more office visit bills that led to worsening his condition, and extreme stress on my part.
