The owners of the bike and coffee shop are fantastic. They took the time to fix my 20 year old bike and were very upfront on what repairs are needed and at what point I should consider getting a new bike all together. Everyone who works here is very nice and friendly and their coffee tastes great. If you need your bike repaired, you should take it here and support a local small business. You will get better service and a better price on repairs then taking it to a larger shop. 10/10 will return when the next bike maintenance is needed.
You're probably thinking, "why bother writing yet another 5-star review on a place that has a solid 4.9?". Let me tell you, friend. The service is more than just great and friendly on both the bike/coffee sides of the house. The store seems as if invented by a business savant. They've seen to details like early opening hours, the mellifluous bell to ring for service, the layout of the coffee accoutrements, and the increasingly-rare reasonable price for drip coffee. This place makes me want to bike more. Wheelchair accessibility: It's a small store, but designed to be easy to roll bikes into.
They are incredibly friendly here! We brought our son’s bike in and, because it was a minor fix, they were able to get to it right away. The staff joked with our boys the whole time. Definitely going back.Food: 4/5
We have been going to Pims for coffee for years. So naturally when I bought my bike and started having issues I brought it to Pims. They are all so friendly, knowledgeable and really care about your experience at their shop. We just came back and the tech remembered my issue and bike and gave us such helpful tools to continue on. I feel lucky we have Pims in our community. Great people doing awesome work.
Ok. I have driven by numerous times. Usually too busy to stop. Finally stopped and yum! Coffee is perfect! Food is delicious! Service is great! Tried their veggie breakfast taco. Just means vegetarian. So it’s just egg, cheese, and potatoes. And all I ever want is an egg and cheese anything. So this was bonus with potatoes. They do have a vegan option with vegan chorizo. Haven’t tried it yet. Point is, this was my second stop today. I love it! Don’t pass it up.
Cool little spot right on the Burke Gilman trail. They swapped my bike chain for me last minute, I left it with them to go run on the Burke, then got an iced decaf coffee and a burrito hotter temp than the universe creator could make it. Outdoor seating and a drive thru that was movin real fast. Lots of families, lots of bikes, good coffee, good service. Highly recommend.
My daily commuter was probably about 2 years overdue for a tune up. It was covered in dirt, splattered with paint from a few solstice cycles and rusted from winter rain commuting. Not only did it recieve an excellent tune up, but the mechanic cleaned, and buffed it to a shine. Almost didn't recognize the bike. Will continue going here for bike service.
Brought my bike in because my chai kept catching. Super annoying. They looked at it and fixed the front derailleur in minutes. Didn’t charge me which was extremely nice. The coffee was the best dirty chai I’ve had in recent memory. Can’t recommend this place enough.
Thanks for having vegan options! Coffee is always great, staff is always super friendly and never mess up drinks.
Delicious cold brew, super friendly staff, and shout out to Ed for helping get the bike of my dreams on a budget.Food: 5/5
