Our main focus is the spaying/neutering of free-roaming stray in our community, adoption, education & pet food assistance to help keep pets in their homes.

Mission

Our Mission Statement
The purpose of Second Chance 4 Pets Network is to help people help animals. We will accomplish this goal by providing low-cost spaying/neutering and vaccinations, T-N-R, microchipping, a rehoming assistance program, foster care for homeless pets, adoption program, emergency medical funds for injured pets, community education, and assisting local pet food pantries, no-kill shelters and rescues.

We can reduce the number of pets coming into shelters by spaying/neutering free-roaming strays, microchipping pets to help them reunite with their owners and providing assistance to owners to help them keep their pets in their homes where they belong.

The lady told me she was going to help with my cat because she needs surgery possibly on her front paws. We looked her up on Facebook and seen she made up a lie about her owner being dead and now won't answer our calls she's putting her up for adoption. How can you steal our cat and put her up for adoption my son is heart broken

She helped me find a home for a very sick kitten. She's very direct & I appreciated that.

First of all I think that a place like this should be very light on the phone I called to ask a question if I could have surrendered my dog and she told me that the only thing that they were taken it was cat and she just hang up the phone in my face like if she was mad very rude I give this place a 1

Rude and customer service is horrible. Will never go there again.

Rude is an understatement. I just called to inquire about a Lost pet I found and was getting yelled at within the  A minute of the conversation. Whoever it was was extremely stressed and taking their aggression out on me. I personally feel that somebody with an attitude like that should not be working with any animals.!!

We just adopted our first cat through the Region Cat Cafe and Second Chance 4 Pets and everyone has been wonderful, especially JoAnn! The adoption process was easy and we’re very happy and in love with our adorable cat. A few days after the adoption our cat had a small issue, I reached out to JoAnn and she called me and talked through the issue with me and I even got to go to the vet with her to get my cat checked out. I appreciate her responsiveness and communication and compassion. Thank you Second Chance & JoAnn!!
