I will not buy from them nor recommended them to anyone I know or to those who follow me on social media. They do not tell you about not taking responsibility for damages prior to closing the sale, but tell you there is no warranty if they do not deliver. All sales are final, therefore no return on items purchased. After buying a Stove, Refrigerator, washer and dryer from them and they Damaged my wall in the basement. So let me get this straight. No warranty if you don't deliver but you assume no responsibility for the damages your employees create even when they state that you will!!! You will get outed on my social media platforms as well. Updated: upon reading your response I will stand on my Square about your business! AGAIN If you are going to low key FORCE people to take your delivery, in order to obtain some form of Warranty, YOU SHOULD ASSUME RESPONSIBILITY FOR DAMAGES YOUR DELIVERY GUYS MAKE! There were NO pre-existing damages prior to your delivery, and I made 2 Purchases from you! If you value your customers and wish to retain ANYONE'S business you must FIRST do right by the Customer Regardless of your policies if you are at fault, or just not offer deliveries! I knew I should have not trusted your delivery when I heard your warehouse guys cussing loudly in the building and I my family with me!
This place has great appliances for great prices and the people are very friendly and easy to work with on prices and also they offer a very good warranty 30days i purchased a older kenmore washer and i took it home hooked it up and it had a water leak so i called in and they said bring it back so i did and they exchganged it for a beautiful older model roper washer that works fantastic and they also took there busy time to let me see it work before it left they are great people to purchase a used affordable priced appliance im very happy and also they let me pick out one of the roper brand washers which one i wanted i will recommend them to all others the guys will work with you trust me and they also loaded it up in the truck very nicely and very friendly employees please dont go elsewhere over reading other peoples reviews that are bad ignore those thanks
We purchase a Frigidaire the first one was a lemon, but they give 30 days thank you Jesus. 2nd one works good Purchases only with cash .
Everyone was very helpful and friendly at this store. They went above and beyond to help us move an old washer and dryer and replace it with another one. They both work great and we are very satisfied. We will definitely buy from them again in the future.
Got a pretty good deal on a gas dryer. They had plenty in stock. Very Friendly guys working there. This is my second time in because they were so helpful when I was in a jam about 2 years ago too. They do deliver and install for a small fee but will also be glad to load you up and send you on your way too. And they give a 30 day warranty on everything that walks out the door.
Ads very misleading. I'd rather go to retail furniture store for prices they are asking. Some items didn't appear to be worth the money.
This is the worst appliance store to ever go too. I bought a refrigerator for $350. It went out in less than 2 months. I tried to get them to service it, which no one ever came to service it. That went on almost a month. After complaining they decided to give me a refrigerator which is smaller and not the color I had. They truly got over on me. I should bring the police in on them. Please don't buy from. They will rip you off.
I've gotten almost all of my appliances from here and the staff is friendly and willing to help and do the best to get your items to you in a timely manner. Be patient they're a smaller business who have quite a lot of clientele and they don't just serve one city.
I bought a washer from here and it works perfectly fine months later and for the right price as well ! Kenny is super nice and has lots of knowledge regarding the appliances . He even worked with me and held my washer on the floor for a few weeks when I didn’t have all the money up front , there delivery fees are also very reasonable and it was a super quick process with the men installing the washer . I wish I had known about this place before hand . I would avoid affordable appliances in Valpo . I was extremely overcharged for my dryer and had a mild issue with the button not working properly on it and they told me they wouldn’t come out and fix it I would have to bring it back into their shop. Very inconvenient. Anyways I called Kenny and he came and fixed my issue within 5 mins and didn’t charge an arm and leg and it wasn’t even his dryer .... please please check this place out if your in need of appliances at a reasonable price and good quality !
Very nice customer service. Very knowledgeable. Delivery was free.
