I just left this place, and I will never be back!! It's so funny when a young girl is going to tell me what shoes I need for my body. I showed her the shoes I wanted, and then she proceeded to show me the ones I needed. I wonder if she has a lot of experience with bone disorders ? I've been in a pair of Nike 270s for the past 2 years, not for running, because that's what feels good for my body!! They lost a customer!!
We had a great experience, Doug was very helpful and knowledgeable. He answered all of our questions. Very pleased with our purchase. We will be using Second Soul for all of our future shoe purchases.
Highly knowledgeable staff, measured my feet and got me a few pairs of shoes that were my size and width, tried on various pairs and found the pair that worked for me. First time buyer from this local store, and I will be back again.

Nice place. No one greeted me or assisted me even after I tried some sandals, and walked around. Good option of supportive sandals that I was looking for. Did not buy there.
Great shop. Went in to buy some shoes for my son. They took care of everything he needed. I had an issue with some shoes I bought a few weeks earlier, they took care them, no questions asked. I will be buying all our athletic shoes from there for now on.
