I’ve been having some issues with my card, tried dealing with it over the phone but the people on the phone didn’t help. Came to this branch, and got the help i needed and was extremely happy with how helpful Craig was!

I've banked with Security Bank formerly Valley View Bank for over five years and they always offer great service. The branch has a small-town bank vibe, they don't nickel and dime you with endless fees, and I always leave satisfied. Ask for Assistant Manager Craig, he always takes good care of his customers.

Friendly staff with personal connection, fast service, intuitive employees.  This branch makes it a joy to have to do your banking.

Short on swankiness, but long on humanity. Friendly faces. If there's a problem, you can talk to them. They listen. One of the few local banks offering Health Savings Accounts.

Everyone in this bank are friendly, especially Lindsey. She greets people by their names and is very knowledgeable.

Great customer service! Was just in the location of off Roe to get a cashiers check and they were quick, efficient and had great service all around.
