Overall good experience. Taylor was knowledgeable and answered all of my questions about the process. He seemed like a genuine nice dude and I liked that he was patient with all of my questions. Definitely working with him in the future.

I had no clue where to start and Taylor was extremely helpful in explaining my options! I definitely have a better understanding and look forward to working with him on any of my future loan needs!

Juanita is amazing, she has an amazing personality and very sweet. She really answered all our questions. Easy in and out process.
I read the reviews before I decided to leave a comment and I see that Shalia has really good reviews.. That is very interesting to me.. I guess she is nice until you get behind on your payments. So when I first took out my loan I was in a good place financially. Things took a wrong turn for me with my job and I was out of work for almost 2 months.. I was behind on my payments and she was unwilling to work with me. She informed me that I was behind and that she had already given me extensions. Cool.. I wasn’t asking her for an extension.. I could no longer pay the amount that was set of me. Long store short she never told me what she COULD do to help me, she just told me what she COULD’NT do. And that didn’t work for me. PS she called one of my references and was rude to her also. So I guess she is ok along as you don’t have a hardship.
