I cannot say enough good things about security jewelers! I had the best experience when purchasing a gift for my husband on our wedding day. The helped me pick out and customize a beautiful piece and had it back to me within the day. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. I can't wait to shop there in the future!

I have always had a great experience here. The did a custom design on my husband's ring to somewhat match what he bought me here and it turned out great. Any time I've had a question or needed a cleaning they are more than willing to help out. I have bought several pieces from them and will continue to do so in the future. Better quality and price for value than larger chains.
Sales Associate Britney M, was very helpful in helping make our decision, we felt no pressure as we were shown rings in different ranges, all the time we were there Britney had a smile that lit up the room you could tell she has a wonderful personalityactually all of the staff was helpful and cheerful Britney made us feel like a family member. I would HIGHLY RECOMEND Britney or any of the staff at Security Jewelers for their quality merchandise!!!!

Knowing next to nothing about the world of jewelry, I came here for the first time on a recommendation from a friend who spent a lot of effort researching the topic himself. It was apparent after my first visit, and has held true since, that the folks at Security Jewelers know their stuff and they want you to make the best informed decision for yourself not sell you the priciest thing they can get you to buy. Every time I leave the store I feel like I've just attended a college-level class, which is amazing for helping me be an empowered customer. The service is world-class. There's a reason they've been around forever.
Highly recommended Security Jewelers for any of your jewelry needs. My husband bought my ring there a few years ago and I get my ring cleaned periodically and I’m so impressed with how bright and shiny it is. They do SUCH a good job!! Customer service is phenomenal and I’m so glad they care about your jewelry as much as you do!! Thank you always Security Jewelers!
I was helped very quickly when I dropped my chain off and when I came to pick it up! They were able to fix it by the time I had to leave town even though they were backed up. Wonderful staff and a great selection in the store!
I cant say enough about Security Jeweler. My soon to be husband proposed with his grandmother's ring, that his grandfather had gotten from Security. No one in the twin cities would work on it due to the age of the ring. We decided to make the trip to Duluth to go to where the ring came from. From re banding to Soldering it to the wedding band, they have been absolutely fantastic. Worth the drive from St Paul. Always.
