I can honestly say it was a quick and painless few minutes to rent my unit.  The staff was friendly quick and no extra hassle.  At all.  Also offered some great local info I needed to know.  I am so grateful for people like this who value time and money like I do.  10/10 recommend.

I love that fact that it is secured how easy it was to purchase my unit, even sign paperwork  and I paid for it all online so when I did get there it was a really simple process I think the ladies at the old rancho security public storage in Sparks Nevada for their kindness and helping to understand everything without any problems! They were very helpful I didn't have a lock and I was able to purchase one there! The discount I got online was amazing!! And I even love the fact that I have insurance on my stuff thank you for all your help sincerely a happy customer Taliea Lynn Sabo!!

It’s really expensive for so little square feet and they will auction off your belongs with a quickness so don’t think they’re bluffing. But here’s my advice, take the amount of the rent and multiply it by 24. If that amount of money is more than the value of what you’re storing than stop trying to store it and liquidate it instead. Get some new stuff for the price really. Good luck

My belongings were disposed of long before my rent was due. I’ve been waiting for a call from management and haven’t heard back. Staff decided my things were trash. They tried to call me one time. No voicemail, no text, no email. Very disappointed in the illegal and unprofessional way this was handled.

Well maintained, easy to access unit, fast and friendly people!

Stay out of this place; filed complaint for a break into the storage and they have not returned calls and the insurance used is a scam company that will try not to payout. It feels like am inside job; trust me stay away.

I liked it better when they were 24 hours and you could get into your unit on your way out of town for the weekend. However it is so hard to rent a storage unit now I'm keeping it no matter how much they raise the rent.

The ladies there are wonderful. They've helped me through all of my difficulties when they didn't have to. I recommend them to anyone

Do not use this facility if you are looking to park a recreational vehicle! They allow people to park motorhomes that are twice as big as the parking spot making it impossible to access your spot!

In between places, stored some miscellaneous stuff here for the first 4 months and got 50% off, great deal during that times special. Their staff is friendly and very detail oriented, especially as we dealt with Nancy who was a great help and is very professional. As well as their security with plenty of cameras.  They have boxing material on site however do charge for it. Their access hours are limited however and not 24 hours, as well as once the 4 month special was up they do not let you extend that rate and it goes up to the full rate automatically, but can get a discount if asked.  Overall reasonable rates for the storage and good value.
