I've used Security Self Storage at the Holly Springs location on and off for the las 15 years for storage and U-haul rental. Its a great location and they have excellent customer service. Kevin was the guy that helped me and he was very knowledgeable and professional, respected my time, and got me on my way quickly and easily. I recommend this place

Moving from out of state is a challenge. My first contact with Autumn was very informative. When I arrived in Holly Springs, Kevin was equally as helpful in showing and explaining the different options. The facility is clean and well secured. Would recommend.

Kevin was super cute and helpful! They have great covered parking. My husbands and I are getting a boat next year. They have so much room with 24 hour access. Everyone there is so kind!

Overall friendly and accommodating; however, one of the employees is not educated on the policies. She told me no pro-rate and you have to cancel by the 15th to avoid a bill for the next month. She also told me they don't give you a refund. She should work on customer service skills as well as policies before interacting with customers. Everyone else there I have interacted with was friendly, educated me and helpful.

I just moved to Holly Springs and was in need of a storage unit for some items. I talked to Patrick and I asked for a heated and cooled temperature control unit. He gave me a pretty decent deal for the unit and he also helped me with a truck rental as well.

Kevin provided excellent customer service. My questions were answered and based off pricing I would recommend this company and location to anyone who may need storage in Holly Springs. After telling me about their process for keeping the facility safe, this definitely seems like a top choice for me. Highly recommend checking them out.

Top notch experience, rented from out of area, and handled most of arrangements online, but the office staff answered all my questions and provided recommendations. They clarified when I got confused, and all was great, with competitive pricing. Very satisfied and would highly recommend. Made my move from Florida all the better and the rental unit will provide what I needed till I can get settled in a home.

We rented a storage unit for the first time. It was so easy and quick. Mr. Carlton was really helpful and answered all of my questions. Site was very well kept and clean, they have all moving supplies. Highly recommend to anyone looking for extra storage space.
