don't even think they deserve. a one star very rude asked for them to call before coming they did not and was very rude coming in my home then they start tearing apart stuff without putting back. Was very rude leaving not a have a good day or thanks for the biasness none of that just came and left with attitude .

I dealt with Aaron's with no problems for 15 years and never have they just took money off my card without my permission. Be careful dealing with this company and do not pay over the phone or they will store your card without your permission. This is the second time they have done this but the first time they did it I snapped on the Manager and told him I was going to report them and he refunded my money and told me he wasn't going to do it again. I went out of town this weekend because of an unexpected death in my family. I get back home and they have my account in negative and overdraft fees. I will have a lawyer and the BBB look into them. Go to rent a center do not trust these people.

I have a living room set from these guys I'm super happy with it. I walked in with a budget in mind. Associates let me look around until I found what I wanted. It was super quick and easy. Straight forward. I've had my living room set for almost 3 months now :-

The people who work there are very friendly and helpful. Really like the TV stand with electric fireplace that we purchased.

Due to the inspiration and excitement of a good friend recently hired to join Aaron’s I visited the Sedalia location and decided to make a new purchase as a repeat customer. In going to the store to make my first payment, I noticed delivery personnel had held back leaving the store with a scheduled delivery of a new refrigerator due to the exposure of wiring in the cord. Good job, was my thought? Unfortunately, when management did call in all they got was yelling and screaming for not being in route with the delivery and the demanding orders to take it there anyway? In less than two months time local and regional management has led through yelling and screaming at staff. This is not the commitment to excellence I have received in past and wanted to make leadership aware of the situation.

Took forever to get my furniture then I get charged for a full month when I am supposed to be bi-weekly. I never had the issues with rent a center that I have had with this place. From now on I will go to rent a center where I have always had awesome service and experience without the issues and problems I have had with Arona.

THIS COMPANY IS A JOKE TO DEAL WITH DO NOT GTIVE THEM YOUR CC THEY WILL TAKE MORE MONEY OUT THEN THEY ARE TO THEN PLAY DUMB ABOUT WILL NOT COME PICK UP THEIR STUFF WHEN ASKED AND THEY ARE RUDE TO THE PEOPLE THAT PAY FOR THIER JOB SO JUST A WARNING FOR ALL DO NOT USE THESE GUYS WILL NEVER BE BACK IN THIS STORE AND THIS DIRTY TOO

Me and my friend just paid for a washer and dryer on Friday the manager said are washer and dryer would be delivered on Tuesday between 3 and 7pm. 3pm comes around no washer &dryer we call Aaron and the rep said are washer &dryer would be here around 4 and we were the first. 5 to 6pm almost 7 clock we call back with another complain on how much longer it would be. The rep kept giving us excuse after excuse saying are washer & dryer won't be here till now 7 almost 8:40 . I believe this is just ridiculous to get a order sent to your home almost pass 8 at night. I would NEVER EVER RECOMMEND this crappy company to anyone. Horrible delivery service & customer service.

Excellent place.. good furniture. And they have amazing customer service. Highly recommended.. especially if you are trying to work on your credit.. they will treat you awesome here!

Purchaced 2 items from this location. Recently leased a Macbook Air from them as I was needing a new computer. I spoke to the general manger that sold the macbook to me and was very nice and was able to let me get my new system with ease. I dont remember her name but she was very nice.
