Great location to pick up an ice cold Johnny Cuba Beer
Just want to highlight the decency and courtesy of the costumer service office and the cashier who attended me more than 24 hrs ago where I made my last purchase with my ATM card that until today I discovered that I had lost and when I called costumer service and identifying myself they let me know that they had my ATM card safely with them and I could pick it up. THIS GESTURE SPEAKS FOR ITSELF ABOUT THE HIGH MORALE OF SÉDANOS SUPERMARKET THANKS SO VERY MUCH
Don’t come here at 10pm, they don’t close at 11pm like their business hours say. Listen night shift or needs to get paid more or needs to get their attitudes in check. I went in for berries, cup soup and like 5 other small articles. This lady didn’t want to ring me up. Then bagged my stuff and when it filled her small area which was 2 bags goes “Your items” in a rude voice might I add, when I didn’t answer “ma’am your items” for me to put them in the cart. I was a server so I never say “you get paid to do this job” but bro.
Convenient location on shopping center plenty of free parking.Good quality products but with prices above average.Offer fresh cooked food.Many times only two registers open.Customer service below average.Online shopping available
Not the most sanitary place, self service food area cannot prevent customers from handling or sampling cooked food.
I was in line to get fresh turkey and ham slices and another person but in after I was there for a long time and the lady said that I was in the wrong line and I was standing there for 20 minutes
I was using a new card and was not very familiar with it.. The lady at the check counter was very helpful. Good work. I'll definitely be back.

Not to clean or cheap there are better places to shop
Placed an order on Sunday July 17th and no one ever heard of my order when I went to customer service. On top of that the manager never apologized and he said that on Sundays he does not have a secretary that’s not my problem as a customer, and the store was EMPTY he never checked the order history and he said “wait for 5 minutes”. Since I’m paying extra to have my order READY when the website says I won’t wait for the store to take care of my order while I have my son sick in the car. The guy was acting like It wasn’t neither his problem nor his responsibility, so it made me SO mad I asked him to cancel the service and he didn’t even give me a confirmation number. I guess I’ll have to wait to next week and check my bank account. This order was placed on 16255sw 88th St Miami FL 33196 at 2pm and it was supposed to be ready between 5-6 same day. I went to pick it up at 5:20. If that store cannot manage the pick up service it is imperative that you don’t offer it. I’ve tried Aldi, Target, Publix, every other store in the area and I’ve NEVER had an issue. This people never heard of the pick up service even though their uniforms says “free pickup”. I will never ever use this service again and I will think about going there twice because the manager's way to handle things was despicable. Hope you find a way to make them treat customers better.
