Updated 9/11/23: Initially we really pleased, but 6 months later we started getting phone calls that we hadn't paid for one of our tickets. First it was that the processor had made an error, then put it on us to find a receipt. Downgraded review and will no longer use or recommend. We were able to find great pieces, and get same day delivery! Cory was wonderful to work with. Definitely recommend!
My husband and I recently moved to Sedona and purchased a house. Walking into a vacant property with absolutely no furnishings and trying to make it truly a home was a daunting task! We were delighted with the welcoming staff at both Sedona Digs and Blackmarr’s Furniture. Katy at Blackmarr’s started us off with help on picking out our beds, mattresses, bedding, side tables, kitchen table and some accompanying pieces, while the great folks at Sedona Digs helped us select a couch and love seat, some hall pieces and lamps. Delivery was flawless and friendly, and the customer service has been amazing. Thanks to all for helping with the transformation from house to home. We’ll be back!

Had a problem with a piece we purchased there after 5 years of use. This store tried to get Flexsteel to repair it but had a problem with the manufacturer and, because of this, did an excellent job with repair at the store. I will continue buying at this store because of the personal and continued service.
Our sales person didn't seem to know much, had to ask someone else whenever we had a question.
