I was injured on the job back in April and when I went to the Walk in clinic the girl at the front desk advised me to much time passed for an L& I claim. I was okay with it at the time but when my work found out because my injury ended up being serious enough to keep me from actually working and they needed L&I paperwork to be filled out my primary doctor, who was actually the one who saw me at the walk in clinic, and saw me only days before I requested him to fill out the paperwork my work provided me refused to fill it out. I'm not allowed to return to work without the proper paperwork and can't see the surgeon either. Dr Thiara is the WORST!
As a former nurse, I know great medical care, when I see it. The Family Practice clinic, from front- desk staff, to medical assistants, is an excellent source for healthcare. I enjoyed Rosemarie Horner so much, my husband also became her patient. Now we are new patients of D. Huntley. When I enter a clinical setting, and the first thing you hear, is a warm " hello", that's a good indicator of what's to come. There's no rush, everyone is relaxed and enjoying their job. Our provider listens and follows through, clearly with our best health, in mind. Overall, I would say it is the best clinic I've visited and I've been to many, world-wide.
I love this hospital staff are friendly and helpful! Dr. Ball is my favorite she is so kind! I feel like people who have bad experiences here come into the ER or walk in and are expecting to be served immediately which is very unrealistic.
Its pretty irritating when the walk in clinic is open from 8-6 and its 3:30 and they tell you they are now closed. This is not the first time this has continued to happen. We have had continued negative experiences with the er, clinic, and physician offices. I 100% do not ever recommend anyone ever using peacehealth
Had to make a quick appt. to get some paperwork filled out. Peacehealth in Burlington was booked so they sent me to the one in Sedro. Receptionists are rude, to the point where I felt like I was inconveniencing them.
I help care for my mother who has fallen ill. Her doctor is Dr Harlock at Peace Health. Our experiences in receiving care from Peace Health have been of the highest quality. I’ve gone to many doctors offices in my life and it’s rare to find a level of caring and respect which we find here. Two people especially stand out in this regard. Tina Huxli, who is a health care navigator and Evangeline who is a nurse in Dr Harlocks office. I’ve spent a lot of time talking with them. They are both awesome and serve as examples of what health care professionals should strive to be.
I go here because it's close to home and I always liked Dr. Merrill. Went in recently for a skin infection and left kind of angry. Dr. Thiara was very dismissive about what I was telling him and was borderline rude. Will definitely not be seeing him again.
Worst care I've ever been given in 61years. Rude , and no answers. And no meds. Straight up left me on the floor
really disappointed, thought bring daughter in right away to remove object from her nose. end up in wait room for hour.
Called to see if they could drain an infected cysts, they said they could. When I showed up the doctor told me he could drain in but didn't want to. Ended up having to go to the er. The ER was annoyed that the walk in refused to treat it
