I have had a very terrible experience with this girl , somebody is gone put they hands on her playing with these people money out here ! Her hair shed something terrible , she’s never at her shop on top of that don’t bother buying a wig it’s not gonna look how you want at all . Her work isn’t quality at all . I’m a stylist and many people have brung me her terrible hand crafted wigs. She only puts one bundle on your wig.

4 days before Valentine’s Day I reached out and contacted them to inquire about a wig construction. I asked specifically would it be done by Valentine’s Day if I dropped it off within a certain time, I was assured so. After approval, I traveled there from Lansing and back for the sole purpose of dropping the wig off to give them some time. The day off, I texted their number, no response. I took it upon myself to just go up there to pick it up since I had paid in advance just for the stylist to not be there, and had her receptionist that she plainly forgot. No remorse, no accommodation for the mistakes on their part. Don’t go

Don't do it! I am starting the process to file a small claim against this owner/company. I cannot believe the audacity of this business owner to accept $551 payment and produce less than quality product. I returned the wig with the promise of correction. That was in January for my birthday, now its April 26, and still no wig. Repeat emails, texts and calls, all ignored. But they got the right one this time. Seductive Bundles I'm coming for you! BBB reporting is next. Everyone else who had this experience should do the same. Ill update you all with the outcome. UPDATE: I was able to file a claim with Paypal and get a full refund! This is why I use Paypal, they saved the day.

PLEASE don’t waste your time with this Very Unprofessional and shady business! I did not get my hair in the amount of time specified and each time I reached out to the number provided it took hours sometimes days to get a reply back, then at other times no reply at all. Once I finally did get my wig, it looked nothing like what I requested nor the video she sent me which suggested it was my wig. I tried to reach out several times after but of course no reply...l wish I could add pics so that you could see what I asked for vs. what she said was my wig she was sending vs. what I actually received...

I ordered a wig on Dec 26th that was supposed to be made 5 days after it was ordered. I did not get my wig and had to continually reach out for the status with promises that she would make it and then hand deliver. That was a lie and I continued calling and texting with no response. Finally I called from a diff number and she picked up and said sorry but wig still not made and this was Jan 19th. I said just give me my money. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. PayPal dispute was made and of course I won. No wonder so many people make disputes

Love love love! I always received my hair in a timely matter even if I wanted to add color. I’ve had several wigs made fit to perfection and she delivered it right to me if I was not able to come to her!! I am a loyal returning customer

Unfortunately I did not have a good experience with this business. I paid over $300 for bundles and never received the product.

Terrible service from one of the hair stylist name Janice lied to me told me she knows how to do short hair and she shaved the whole back of my hair completely off and apologizing don't complete someone telling lies that than can do short hair cuts and styles maybe she can do weaves but not short hair Terrible terrified service my hair is awful
