I cannot recommend Segner’s more! They helped my husband each step of the way in picking out a unique engagement ring. And then, their wide selection allowed him to surprise me with the perfect band on our wedding day. Shortly after our wedding, I had a little mishap and lost a baguette. With no questions asked, they replaced the diamond and repaired all of my prongs to ensure this wouldn’t happen again. This jewelry store will forever have our business!
Segners has been my go to jeweler for a very long time. Same quality, craftsmanship, and customer service I have witnessed for years. Thanks for being a valued local store and for making all the beautiful pieces I own!
Very friendly service. They made a ring I had bought elsewhere smaller. Fast service at a reasonable price. I will definitely go back.
Took my wife's watch in for a new battery. When I picked it up I was told they had to replace the movement. The lady behind the counter asked "They did call you, didn't they?" They had not. I probably would have had it replaced anyway, but the call to confirm should have happened. And, they should have given me the defective part.

Great service! I sold some pieces from an estate. Jennifer worked w me on what to sell for metal, what to consign and worked w me on a design for a new piece of jewelry from what I brought from my collection.
Segner's did a beautiful job replacing a ruby I lost on my ring and fixing the prongs to avoid any future mishaps. Thrilled to have my ring sparkling again on my finger! I'd highly recommend, very trustworthy!

I am so delighted to find Segner's.
