If I could rate this store no stars I would a BIG FAT 0/10 is what it deserves, I recommend shopping here if you want to loose a weeks worth of business waiting on a product to come in that was supposed to arrive the NEXT day as told by the sales associate. Placed an order of Thursday told that the product would come in the next day, waited all day and lost customers to call and find out that it didn't arrive and then asked if they get delivers on Saturday the person working at the store wasn't sure if delivery's happened on Saturday and didn't even bother to ask or try to further assist, FRIDAY SATURDAY MONDAY TUESDAY WEDNESDAY WAS TOLD THAT THE PRODUCT WOULD BE IN THAT DAY!!!! I HAVE LOST A WEEKS WORTH OF CUSTOMERS WAITING FOR THIS PRODUCT!!! ABSOULTE TRASH CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! no one knows anything, and if they are dealing with a direct supplier why can they not get a answer on when and where a product is that was supposed to arrive the next day 0/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!! AND THEN GOT MAD WHEN WE ASKED FOR A REFUND TO GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!!!!!!

Great little hardware store. Repairs lawn mowers and snow blowers and other small engine items. Knowledgeable staff, plenty of items are available to purchase singles. This place always seems to have the items i am looking for, or can at least direct me to the right place. Family owned and operated.

I found the people in this store remarkably friendly and knowledgeable. I phoned to set up an appointment to get my snowblower fixed and was patiently stepped through the process of fixing it myself. I have never had this happen before at any store, ever. I would highly recommend this establishment to anyone that needs goods or services of any kind. My thanks for their help!

The owner and his female worker are the worst. They are very rude and most unprofessional. My shopping was treated like an annoying inconvenience to their lives. I had two house keys cut there and I had to return twice to recut because they were not working. In the end it was too much for me to return another time. I'll have to wait until Canadian Tire is open up to have them do it. He sold me rubber seals for garden hose when I asked for rubber seal for washing machine hose. Of course they did not work. My loss and inconvenience. Their website said they were open for business on Victoria Day holiday. Gullibly I went there, only to find that they were closed. I wasted do much time and energy for a few days because of these very awful and unprofessional people.

If you bring something to fix there now it takes two weeks to get it back all repairs are 100.00 now for everyone. Bryce real good guy nothing bad at all to say about him john the owner is something else I came to get a tire for my tractor I was told to bring it in to change john they were now busy and it would be two weeks to change a tire and I looked up the retail price on the tire he wanted to sell me for 74.00 from the dealer 33.91 each he told me the price is the price the red faced drunk ....byer be ware look up prices before he rips you off.

Limited products on hand, but by golly they can get you any part you need. You really have to work to put a smile on the employee's faces. However, that part is kinda fun, for me anyway. Their hours suck,however, they are much more knowledgeable than say, any other hardware store in the city When it comes to lawnmower,snowblower and just in general parts, they are #1. Also they are the little guy, the neighborhood store, and we like to support them whenever we can. I should say they will service chain saws,sharpen lawnmower blades,make xcreens and winterize your stuff.

They attend customer needs very quickly...that is good for business and very friendly staff.

Very friendly service. Brought weed whip in for repair. Lady up front greeted me, and escorted me to back. Went and got the guy who does repairs. This man impressed me, he remembered my name and street name from last time i was there, over 10 years ago. Even remembered the equipment i brought in
