Our company has been working with Seibert Insurance for a few years, and can't say enough good things about them. Our company has been working with Seibert for over 10 years and have been nothing but completely satisfied with our relationship with them. They have an extremely personal yet professional approach to their clients and are beyond proactive. We feel like Seibert is part of our Khameleon Family and that they always have our best interest as the center of their attention. I have primarily worked with Tina Russell who is amazing, but each and every individual that I have worked with at Seibert has been wonderful as well. After receives outrageous new auto- insurance rates, a close friend recommended Seibert Insurance Agency, as she had been using them for years. Jennifer Hagemeyer, at Seibert, immediately went to work to obtain a decent quote for me and within a short time had saved me half of the other renewal rate and also increased my coverage. I would and have recommended Jennifer to two of my Sons and she has also saved them a better rate than they had before.
The team at Seibert Insurance have been amazing and worked with me to find the best possible option out there in times where it's becoming more and more difficult, I couldn't have done it on my own! Specifically, Brandi Sarrett spent late nights and early mornings getting done everything I needed to get closed on my new home. Brandi really showed how much she cares about her customers a year later by checking in with me, helping me through the renewal process and even making sure I was still getting the best possible option possible! Anthony's customer service, communication, and turn around time with questions I had about the new policy was excellent. While saving money from my previous carrier was great... his customer service and follow through made the often time consuming process of insurance shopping, so easy. Tina at Seibert Insurance Agency is my "knight in shining armour" more times than not!! She is always quick to respond and get me out of my jams at a moment's notice. In my business, I get lots of random requests that I need handled right away. I am so glad that we made the change to Seibert from another insurance agency....never regretted 'the upgrade'.
