This was a great shopping experience. I hate shopping, especially for big purchases, but Nina was fantastic! Nina touched base with us and let us roam around, checking in ever so often to see if we had any questions. We left, checked out the competition and came back because of Nina. We purchased our mattress and Nina took great care of us. Delivery was easy and professional.
John was extremely knowledgeable, personable, helpful and kind. We walked in having no idea what we wanted and he was very patient and able to get us exactly what we needed! He was attentive, we were not rushed even though we walked in close to closing time. We ordered our bed and got it delivered within 2 days- amazing customer service all around. Would defiantly recommend Mancini's to anyone looking for a new mattress.
They were super nice and hooked me up for being a returning customer. Bought my queen mattress here a few years back and was finally ready for a king size mattress, so I went back. Called around to another place, the other place did not have as low of prices and the other place did not have the mattress in stock, they were going to have to order it. Mancini's was ready for delivery right away. The other place was going to take weeks. Mancini's also offers free delivery, setup and haul away. The other place charged 100 bucks for it. I probably won't need another mattress any time soon but if you do, I recommend this place. They love to sweeten deals, and who doesn't like that?
We had a fantastic purchasing experience with Nina, the showroom was significantly better stocked compared to competitors and had by far the best pricing. We were looking for our next investment mattress and have been so impressed with the Beautyrest Black mattress we purchased from the store. Thank you for a wonderful mattress!
We just bought a house and needed to make a decision so we came here and I’m so happy we had Nina taking care of us. She truly cares about her customers and is SO knowledgeable about each mattress. I kind of only want to buy mattresses from her bc I felt like I was making such an informed decision. We got a tempurpedic and I stumbled upon a cabinet Murphy bed we got for our guest house. 10/10 experience- Nina is the best.
Nina and Jake made our shopping experience pleasant and gave us time and space to figure out what we wanted within our budget. Even when busy with others we could walk up and ask questions. Hubby and I weren’t 100% sure but they gave us options. We started with Deposit on 2 beds then came back a week later to finalize and got 2 recliners, couch, bedroom set, and pillows and sheets. One stop shop! Delivery in 2 days! We love supporting locally and they treated us with a good ole small town feel. THANKFUL we get to back in our house before the holidays.
Mattresses are on of the hardest things to decide on. I popped into Mancini's to see what they had available and I'm so glad I did. Nina was amazing, she's knowledgeable and gave me all the time I needed to make an informed and affordable decision. I was so satisfied with my experience that I referred my daughter and her husband to Nina and she took great care with them and they are so happy with their new Mancini's Sleepworld mattress. Thanks Nina!!

I have bought two beds from here over the past few years. The staff is super knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Great prices too. Nina was great to work with. I would definitely recommend Mancinis!
Nina was great and the delivery guys were awesome as well. Glad we got our bed here. Nina asked about price range showed us around left us alone and answered our questions . Love the service and the bed
